The people here are a complete joke! Twice now I have tried to do business at this location and the it's literally a joke. The first time they wanted me to make an appointment 5 days later to open a business account, did it online in 3 min. Then today I go in and I have an appointment to talk about business loans, I kid you not the guy pulls up the Chase website, searches business loans and turns the screen to me and says this is what our business loan is, can't answer any questions literally has zero knowledge of anything. Wild how these people get paid for knowing nothing and being of zero help. All he could do was have someone else contact me from a call center he said.

Brenda's excessive questioning, despite all the documents being present, comes across as rude. She even hinted that she's pressed for time, seemingly attempting to hasten my exit from the bank. Isn't expediting such matters her responsibility?

7 people working in the bank not a customers in the place. Came in to add a signature to an account was denied. Was told that an appointment had to be set. What has happened to customer service?

Very disappointed with my experience. They were very disrespectful and rude, especially when answering simple questions and talked to me like I was stupid. Don’t recommend this chase location.

I was surprised with the lack of customer service the employee inside of the bank delivered. I was going to open a graduated bank account for my child, but after today, I might just take my business elsewhere. Word to the wise, and also to the manager of this specific branch, to have only ONE employee available on a SATURDAY to help with opening an account, isn't very wise. Also, have a pep talk with your employees about customer service. Remember, the team is only as great as their leader.

Worst customer service ever! I use to manage a chase bank and I can’t believe how horrible the customer service has gotten. Bankers sitting all over that wouldn’t help because we didn’t have a previous appointment. Not a single soul in the brand besides me and my kids.

We had an appointment set for 11am to set up a joint account. We sat in their waiting room for over 40 min after they told us it would be 5 min, no we are sorry for the wait. There were multiple people sitting around doing nothing. Even another banker came up and said you're waiting for David correct? Then went back to her desk. She could have helped us but clearly did not want too. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years. I understand David was helping someone, however their was multiple people there that could have assisted us but they couldn't be bothered. We went to the desk to say we were leaving. The lady then said you want to reschedule? Instead of saying let me see if we can get you with someone else. I guess I should have looked at the ratings before I waisted my Saturday morning.

Absolutely useless. Couldn't remove my ex from accounts even with the divorce decree. Not sure what to do to fix it since he lives out of state. And to top it off not a notary to be found! Actually considering switching banks after being with them for like 25 years and having credit cards, savings accounts, checking account and a few investments. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences of my life

No customers in lobby but they are "fully booked" and can't do any notaries. Very Chase bank branch here.

Waited in line for about 5 min just before closing and got right in to do our transaction. No complaints. Curious about all the 1 star reviews but I guess you normally only review a bank after a bad experience.

My employer uses this bank. Went to cash my paycheck, and was told it would be $10 to cash my check. I asked why and she said because I wasn't a customer. And I said my employer has a multi-million dollar bank account here.Was thinking about maybe getting the account here later on, but not anymore. You don't provide any customer service, you don't get me as a customer.
