Normally I would give 3 stars occasionally I've given 4. Today I tried to pay for my coffee with my food stamp card. I was accused of being rude. I was not and I want the woman that asked me to leave The store never come back to be fired. SimpleAsThat.

Worst customer service ever. They will force you to use the self check out, which prices in correctly. I stood in line, waiting for the gentleman to scan my items. After waiting for two people in front of me. When I get to the counter, he informed me I have to go to the self check out. I then explain to him that those machines do not generate the correct price. He replies that’s corporate. It’s out of my hands and refused to do his job and take my money for my items. Be aware. They are scamming you at the self check out lines.

Isn't this a BRAND NEW Circle K!!? Already dirty, out of products and their credit system is down. Went for two polar pops...and was let down, just like all other Circle Ks. Needless to say this was my first and last time here. Instead of just letting me have the two sodas, the cashier requested I leave them there to be thrown away. This is a way to provide exceptional customer service and reject customers. QT is right down the road, I'll be sure to never be let down there. I never walk out of a QT extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Manager is very rude. The coffee machines are nearly always out of order. Gas pumps never have any paper for receipts. Manager says does not have time to do her job.

No ice in machines, bathrooms out of order, hot foods were way past expired time, no hot food ready in general. Worst Circle K I have yet to come by!

Always a line here the new peopleless check out systems are the worst ! They never work and you still have to have someone help you when you need any type of tabacco product anyway .

You would think that for being as busy as this Circle K is, the least the employees could do would be to keep the receipt paper filled. But over half the times that I've gone here I've had to lock my car and go inside and wait in-line for a receipt. Not really sure what's going on with this location right now but about half the pumps are down and they have plywood on some of the front windows. It's unfortunate that it's one of the closer ones to my home.

"Smart self checkout" dosen't work right most of the time and under staffed. If your trying to buy any alcohol but have you underage child with you're not allowed to buy it because they want to ID them! Circle K needs to improve on customer service and understand that people have other options.

If you want to get gas but you don't want any of your cards to work at the majority of the pumps come here. Some decline them for no reason and some you can't even push the cards in it.

Terrible service incompetent employees terrible communication go to qt or at least don't go to this circle k bought lottery tickets guy never gave em to me and they literally couldn't figure out who it was on claimed they're perfect and don't forget to put stuff in bag?? just some ignorant people.

Circle k smart checkout isn't smart if you need an employee at each "smart" register just to get through a transaction. Just get decent employees, its possible. Qt figured out fast checkout.
