Great gym, amazing staff, people say the gym is small but it really isn't and it has all the equipment you need to gain muscle and get fit , it's small but it's perfect, size don't matter?

Phone number doesn’t even work to ask basic questions. Staff also isn’t the best.

It's getting better but only because of the activism of the members of the HOA pushing back against those whom declare to represent us. Currently, depending on who is working the front will determine the kind of experience you're able to enjoy at the pool. Most of the time they leave gym users alone. However, the pool is open season with varying degrees of 'karen' like behaviors from a small majority.

I've NEVER been so disrespected before in my entire life! Went to the pool on 4/23 between 12- 2:30pm. The staff was so disrespectful. I've never been so discriminated before. My 2 year old daughter was playing with toys in the swimming pool when the staff lady rudly comes over and tells us that NO toys were allowed in the pool. My poor daughter was so heart broken that she couldn't play with any toys in the water but yet the other little kids at the pool continued to play with all their toys but my daughter couldn't. I felt that the staff 2 younger guys at the counter that initially got worked up with us in regards to us being new residents and not having a key pass yet took the opportunity to discriminate/ single out our family. If you have rules regarding toys I totally understand. However to not clarify these rules and be completely rude to our family and not saying anything else to any other family there was beyond disrespectful. We moved here over a month ago with a new build. We paid for a full month of HOA and got nothing out of it because no one has given us a key pass. We called HOA and they told us that we could go to the pool regarding our situation and the staff would kindly help us. They were not kind. They were rude. The singled out our family. They raised their voice at my family prior to leaving. I told them that I would love to discuss our visit with their boss and they wouldn't give me their names..probably because they know that they were wrong with handling the situation. I've been in customer service jobs before. I have came across many situations of upset customers you don't handle it that way. These people need some serious training or they need to be replaced.

Great home town neighborhood gym. Everything you need. Including a heated pool/lap pool, jacuzzi, locker rooms, studios, full gym with treadmills, rower and ellipticals, stair climber, and even a rock wall. The HOA offices are also located here. Must be residents to use the facilities.

Called the phone provided, and all the message keeps saying is: “thank you for calling, please dial your extension now” what a joke, after 3 attempts even dialing ZERO, it hangs up on you!

Two stars because the gym and changing rooms are nice..Other than that it’s really not a great ymca. There is a young man employed who is rude to the kids at the pool, told my daughter she couldn’t wear a t-shirt over her bathing suit in the pool. He also told my kids they couldn’t throw a frisbee to each other (they are small and about only 6ft from each other.) they have a bin of pool toys but yell at the kids if they grab any of them. Pool is super small given that it supports one of the largest communities in San tan valley, and is only 3ft deep except the lap area which is about 4ft deep. Can’t use that area unless you are doing laps, even if it’s empty…

Where is the gymnasium? I personally have never seen a Ymca that didn’t have a gym with basketball courts. A indoor running track in mezzanine of gym. I am thankful I don’t need the daycare services. What is the advantage here to have family membership? Really what can kids do here? They cannot use any of the equipment, they cannot join any classes, They can go swimming but don’t need family membership for this. There are not any leagues that I am aware of for kids at this YMCA. Why would anyone pay for family membership? I don’t get it!! Is it just poor management or is it just the way it is here in Arizona? I grew up going to Ymca nearly everyday, playing basketball, taking various different classes, at nine years old I could come and go from Ymca without parental supervision. We were of the belief that’s why it was there. It truly is different in copper basin YMCA than what my family is used to. Please contact me if you need some assistance as to how a YMCA should be run.

Unfortunate that this YMCA is thriving in a Republican State and County, while practicing left wing democracy bias policies such as forcing gym members to have tolerate the likes of CNN's anti American propaganda on the Y's televisions while trying to balance and neutralize any mental or physical pressures they may already be coping with in the first place in these interesting times.
