Absolutely love the environment, energy and people. It has been a pleasure working out at this gym. Coaches make it that much better and are super encouraging. This coming from an introvert and I’ve tried other gyms lol.

I've been going for a couple months now and I dont have anything but good things to say about the gym. Im always greeted walking into the door by fellow athletes and the coach of the day. Coaches are attentive and always trying to make you better. I look forward to continuing my journey at CFSG!!

Best Crossfit I've been to in AZ. Family and community oriented. Welcoming to everyone and willing to help train novice and seasoned athletes. I love that they push you to do your best but also not to over do it and injure yourself.
