Brian, the photo center customer service "manager", is absolutely unhelpful and should not be a manager based on his customer service. My printed photos came out with stripes all over them, and I asked for them to either be reprinted, or refunded, and he told me there's nothing he can do. He did give an option for him to clean the printer so I opted for him to do that and Ide wait an hour like he told me to do, but when he realized I agreed to that, he said he couldn't anymore and that it really wouldn't change the quality. I asked if everyone's photos are just being printed with lines then, and he said yes. He didn't want to help resolve my issue whatsoever, so I'm stuck with my lined photos. Not very happy with this situation.

Went in today for a quick stop and the it smells like sewage inside the store. I had to cover my nose while picking up some OTC meds and a Sprite for my kiddo. Never again will I step foot in this store while it smells so horribly.

Typically I love CVS. But this is the third time I've been to this location and it's only progressively gotten worse smelling. To the point that walking in this time I almost threw up. I do not understand why it smells so badly it's a major assault to your nose. I feel really bad for the employees who have to work in this smell. It's obviously a sewage problem, so why is the store open? They need to fix the issue.

Pharmacy only!Careful who you get that day. Sometimes they are super nice, helpful and just kind people. On other days like Thursday mornings not so much. Especially the pregnant lady, not sure if she thinks she is the only women in the world who has had a baby but her demeanor is very inappropriate, maybe she is just like this all the time. When you hear a pharmacy tech talk about you to another tech like you aren't there and lie and say they told you it was going to be a certain time length... that sucks. Overall this lady was rude, talked to me like I didn't know what a deductible is and just inappropriate. She needs to go on leave ASAP, until then I'm coming weekend mornings or Monday mornings when I know the nice people are working.

By far, the worst pharmacy! Between closing mid day, and filling prescriptions , you are better off going somewhere else .

The pharmacy and electronic system is terrible! I hate to leave a bad review because the actual people working here are not the problem. I think they are likely understaffed as the lines are always long and they never answer the phone. They are always nice and friendly, but the issue seems to be with their electronic system. They never fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. Somehow they manage to lose your refills on a consistent basis, and they basically will not refill anything if there is any sort of conflict, including a high cost from your insurance (but they won't call you or alert you there is a conflict). I pay cash now and go to Walgreens.

Pulled in to pickup grand daughters meds. Pharmacist was quick friendly and helpful. They even put change in the bag that I had left behind on a previous visit

Every single time I come to this Pharmacy, my prescription isn't ready even though I've received text messages that it was, in fact ready to go. I tried to show the tech the message and got a flippant, "we don't send those messages out". Clearly they do, I have the messages. When I insisted they fill the prescription while I waited, I received a message via text (the text they don't send out) that my order was ready. Take your business elsewhere.

Doesn't matter what time day or month, you'll have issues at this CVS. Highly recommend Walgreens down the road

Had a terrible experience going through the drive through with an incredibly rude and incompetent cashier. I will never make the mistake of going to this CVS again

The shelf sign said that there was 30% off our products, that you have to scan a bar code on the shelf sign and load to your cvs apt. I could not get it to scan, so the cashier goes over to the shelf sign a 100 feet from the cashier and helps we scan the the bar code to my CVS apt account. She says that this is a new program for CVS and she is not sure how it works. So we go back to the check out and then she tell us that because it's on sale for 2/15, you can not get 30% off one since it's 2 for 15? Very disappointing and when suggested that the 30% sign should be removed so as not to mislead your customers? She says that a third party sets and remove the promotional signs, CVS employee can not take down signs. That does not make since, REALLY ???

It's clear why this pharmacy is rated as low as it is. The customer service is beyond horrible. How you cannot have monthly prescribed medications ready every month when you have been a customer there for years is beyond me. But Louis is the pharmacy was "nice" enough to tell me that I shouldn't wait until the last minute if I needed a medication. The medication is a monthly medication that our son with special needs has taken every month since 2013. He also called me belligerent for questioning him on why they wouldn't have this in stock. I am absolutely appalled at the disgusting customer service and downright disrespectful behavior. I cannot imagine collecting a paycheck with that customer service. We will be pulling our prescriptions and going anywhere else at this point. Beyond belief.
