It's CVS. Get you meds comparable to Walgreens just more convenient. Great place to stop if you forget something and always a surprise or two.

When picking up my prescriptions last night there was one on back order. The girl who was ringing me out replied "um ya I don't know" when I asked when it would be back in stock. When I asked if it was possible, if they could look to see if another location has it, she rolled her eyes and sent me to speak with a gentleman who I believe is the manager of the pharmacy. he had no idea when my prescription would be in stock, nor did he care, all He said to me (no lie) is "life is hard" What a complete ASS! No wonder the staff here is rude! They have a rude rude leader.

CVS had my medicine that other pharmacies did not have. I would recommend trying here first before Safeway and Walmart

Store has a nice selection of things including alcohol. The pharmacy on the other hand is always busy busy busy, meaning yes, whenever I go it's always a long wait in line. Staff is mostly friendly but they seem to be kinda all over the place.

I always come here for my vitamins. More often than not they're buy 1 get 1 free & it's the closest CVS to my house. Sign up for their emails and you can stack your coupons on your cvs store card, as well as getting an extra money off coupon available to use for a few weeks of your birthday month. The store employees are so friendly and helpful, unlike most people that review this location I haven't run into the unhelpful one(s).

They close at 10:00 pm on Saturday's and I got there at 9:50. The staff were locking the doors and walking out to their cars 10 min before the doors are to be even locked.

I truly hate to be that person but there is just nothing nice to say about my 4 year experiences with this pharmacy location. Every time I try and pick up a prescription through the drive thru, I am directed to go inside to the drop off counter to give them a Copay Savings Card number so I don’t have a $400 co-pay; even though one in particular that my son has been on for MONTHS. Then when I go in, see the person at the drop off counter, they make the adjustments and ask me to wait until my name is called because they “just need to reprint the paperwork”. After waiting in the lobby area for 20-30 min, I end up getting back into the always long line to get seen at the pick up counter and wait another 15 min or so. Then when I ask for the prescription, it’s either a scramble to find the already prepared prescription or they just give a insincere apology and move on to the next like it wasn’t already a inconvenience that I waited 15-20 min at the drive thru, get down and get inside to wait another 20-30 in the lobby, just to get back in another line for 15-20 min. I have a lot of patience and never complain about it. But today took the cake, especially after witnessing it happen to another customer who was waiting in the lobby as well and singing gospel songs “for an hour” while others just stood in line and were able to get their medications in a timely manner. Today was ridiculous and the worst experience yet.

Don't come here if you're on a time constraint or don't like waiting an hour for your prescriptions. I had my prescriptions sent the day before and decided not to pick them up the same day due to the long delay I seem to experience every time I come here. Thinking I was ahead of the game and that I'd get the meds in a prompt fashion, jokes on me! The pick up drive through had more than 10 cars, and the waiting area for prescription pick up had 6 people ahead of me, on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30. The employees are kind and professional. However, the lack of prompt service is disappointing.

5 ⭐️because compared to the only other competition, CVS is so much better than Walgreens. Better stock, better selections, nicer environment & faster lines. Walgreens sells a fraction of the hair products CVS has & only CVS carries mine.

Very slow. Also these guys are slow in the head. My prescriptions are covered by insurance and they told me two separate times I wasn't covered. Found out they were entering my information incorrectly. Pretty sure their only qualification to work in the pharmacy is if they stick a mirror under their nose and it fogs up.

One star rating actually is high! They are the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! My great retirement package unfortunately limited me to getting my medications from CVS. The personal at this pharmacy is rude, and if it wasn't bad enough many of the pharmacy technicians seem to think they are doctors and when I have gone to pick up my medications have told me they decided I shouldn't get a certain prescription because it was similar to another one the doctor had prescribed for me!! I had to go and talk to the manager of the pharmacy to get my prescription straightened out once again because of the problems with the know it all technicians!! I've had my pain medications mismanaged by a pharmacist and I had to call their main CVS personal back east and we had to get my insurance and my provider to make up the medication taken by the pharmacist at that CVS. Wrong medications, terrible attitudes and even once I asked a pharmacist to please come over and answer a question about my medication and she told me," no!" But that was par for the course for that pharmacy!!! Today I called because I had told them several times I did not want the auto refill set on ANY OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS! Too many times I'm out of the country or out of the state and I have found prescriptions refilled I didn't want filled or me and my physician have decided I no longer needed to take. So today I go to fill a prescription only to find it's been filled but I have four more ready to be filled because they are all on auto refill!! I once again take them all off and call them up and I'm angry because I've asked them several times not to auto refill any of my prescriptions!! But it doesn't matter they do it anyway!! The girl tells me well you don't have to come here!! Well, I wish that were true!! I have started sending some of my prescriptions to the CVS inside the Target on Ellsworth Loop. And they get them filled and guess what no attitude-so nice!! If we didn't have to have major federal regulated drugs I would get all my prescriptions at the target site!! Because the CVS on Octillo is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered and I lived in California and frequently went to pharmacies in Los Angeles and there were gangs there and it was better!!!

Worst CVS in the business. In 50 years of buying insulin I have never had a pharmacy that is unwilling to dispense or order it. These guys are ridiculous and beyond the pale with respect to simply treating patients as humans. Their pharmacy techs and most of the pharmacists here care very little about dispensing meds on time. They are unprofessional and belittling on the phone, and are unwilling to reach out to other CVS locations when they’re unable to order or receive meds on their own. They blur the lines between truth and dishonesty with abundant meds like insulin - they claim it’s back ordered indefinitely, but other CVS locations have it in stock and state that there is no back order. The bottom line is that if you want professional, timely patient care you’re better off looking for a different CVS location. Better yet, go to a competitor.

Line half the length of the store to pick up prescriptions and drive thru closed. This store consistently has super long wait times. Problems so persistent and long lasting are likely not the fault of front line staff but the fault of LEADERSHIP.
