This pharmacy never leaves me waiting for my prescriptions. They are usually filled and ready to pick up within an hour of being sent in.

The pharmacist working last night (tall, skinny, brunette guy in green smock) was absolutely miserable to work with and had awful bedside manner. We left Urgent Care at 7:45pm and arrived at the Pharmacy at 8pm (note, they don't close until 9), to pick up my prescription.
First, it took forever for them to acknowledge I was standing at the counter. Then in a very rude, annoyed tone, told me that Urgent Care hadn't sent in it yet and he wouldn't be able to fill it that night.
I called the Urgent Care and she said she did infact, send it in and she would call the Pharmacist to let him know. The Pharmacist then proceeded to tell me (again in a very annoyed voice), told me I could not wait there for my script and would have to walk around Target, ok, no big deal. As were walking Target, Urgent Care calls me and tells me that the Pharmacist isn't answering her phone call and keeps putting her on hold! Mind you, NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE AT THE PHARMACY, so they were not busy at all! I walk back to the Pharmacy, while in the phone with Urgent Care and tell him that my Urgent Care is trying to call in my prescription. The Pharmacist doesn't acknowledge me AT ALL, and his assistant informs me that he'll answer the phone. Are you kidding me?! My doctor I worked with from Urgent Care told me she had to talk to the same pharmacist earlier in the day for another patient, and had to deal with the same issue and he was very rude to her as well! The pharm assistant then told me they COULD infact, fill my script that night, and it would only take 20 min.
The Pharmacist working was purposely avoiding to fill my script since it was an hour before closing, and he was annoyed to be at work. Go take a vacation buddy, or find a new job, not working with the public. Terrible experience with the Pharmacist.

This used to be my go to pharmacy but over time it has been declining. There is a gentleman who worked this last time I picked up a prescription and he was unbelievably rude. He tried to tell me it wasn’t his job to make sure prescriptions were ran through insurance before getting picked up. Charged me $200 for a prescription that should have been completely covered under my insurance. He told me if I was unhappy that I didn’t have to come to that pharmacy anymore. Gladly! I will transfer all of my families prescriptions happily and not have to deal with that guy. He was extremely rude and while I was waiting for my refund he was extremely dismissive to the people he was “helping.” They seemed short staffed, maybe that was the issue. It takes a lot less energy to be nice to someone than to be rude.

Nobody answers the phone. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes as I’m writing this. The pharmacy told me earlier that my doctor didn’t send in a prescription for me yesterday, but she did. This is the first and last time I use this pharmacy.

The people who work at this location are always helpful and genuinely seem to care. Prescriptions are filled and ready so fast! I live a half mile from a Walgreens and switched. I had become accustomed to the terrible lack of caring there. CVS is a huge breath of fresh air. Never going back!!!

Showed up 10 mins before close and they were already locked up and gone. Hours state open till 9PM on Mondays.

11/27/22 Pharmacist put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I waited 20 minutes. Took me 15 minutes just to even get through the line.

Denise was super friendly, I didn’t even need my insurance card she had it all ready for me by looking me up in the system. She even updated my profile to my new address! Everything was so quick and easy. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I was very impressed after a couple of years of terrible service from every other pharmacy. Service was great and people very personable and professional. Conversation with pharmacist was helpful and professional. THEY EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE in a timely manner. They made one mistake that was bothersome. I was told my rx was ready for pickup only to get there and find out I couldn't get it until the next day. Despite that, there were enough good things to give them another chance.

multiple times now I have waited 6 plus hours for antibiotics that are "pre packaged" aka z-pak. Kylie was extremely rude and unprofessional. This last visit I was quoted 15 minutes for extra time which was called in 4 hours prior for pick up and 2 hours later went back and still wasn't ready. I asked her how much more time she needed and she shrugged her shoulders. My family and I went to have dinner and then went back so another hour and a half. Apparently they didn't have the correct insurance for the 3rd time on file, so she needed to process the prescription again and I was quoted 5 minutes. I kindly asked how long I really was going to have to wait since it had already been 6 hours and she again shrugged her shoulders. She has no compassion for sick people or her job. needless to say CVS is now loosing business from our large family and won't be recommended at all.
