I was very impressed after a couple of years of terrible service from every other pharmacy. Service was great and people very personable and professional. Conversation with pharmacist was helpful and professional. THEY EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE in a timely manner. They made one mistake that was bothersome. I was told my rx was ready for pickup only to get there and find out I couldn't get it until the next day. Despite that, there were enough good things to give them another chance.

multiple times now I have waited 6 plus hours for antibiotics that are "pre packaged" aka z-pak. Kylie was extremely rude and unprofessional. This last visit I was quoted 15 minutes for extra time which was called in 4 hours prior for pick up and 2 hours later went back and still wasn't ready. I asked her how much more time she needed and she shrugged her shoulders. My family and I went to have dinner and then went back so another hour and a half. Apparently they didn't have the correct insurance for the 3rd time on file, so she needed to process the prescription again and I was quoted 5 minutes. I kindly asked how long I really was going to have to wait since it had already been 6 hours and she again shrugged her shoulders. She has no compassion for sick people or her job. needless to say CVS is now loosing business from our large family and won't be recommended at all.

CVS in target has always been pleasant. When my doctors don't send the prescription or the right one, they make sure to help and get it to me asap. The associates at the counter have always been patient and kind.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. I won't go into details about my experience, but just Wow. I can't explain properly the complete crap show this pharmacy is. The pharmacist is ignorant. The other employees do not have the knowledge or INTELLIGENCE to even be helpful whatsoever. Every transaction with them has been absolutely wrong/incompetent. The pharmacist has absolutely no clue what he's doing, and he talks VERY condescendingly to his clients. He should lose his license. I hope he can see this review. Just WOW. So so bad.

This is where, "I can't help you" is what is accepted as customer service. Not enough space here to describe the runaround, multiple visits, and utter lack of customer care. From providing wrong information over the phone, to lying about the lack of availability of medication at the location. Aside from the actual pharmacist himself, who goes out of his way to fix his employees mistakes, the rest of the staff is profoundly careless. Avoid this place if you can, unless you like to be jerked around, made to come back multiple times, and then told that what you need was never available in the first place. How this place is allowed to stay open is beyond me. Good luck!

This location is VERY overwhelmed by the amount of traffic. You have to wait 30+ minutes for anyone to answer the phone and the drive thru can take 45-60 minutes sometimes. Not worth it. I'm moving my prescriptions to the CVS in Gilbert.

Love this pharmacy, they know me by name and always remember my kid's prescriptions. The pharmacist who looks like Thor is really nice and helpful. I always feel welcomed here.

I've been on the fence about the CVS change. I was a loyal Target pharmacy customer, however, I am highly irritated about a recent encounter. I'm not sure if the staff are properly trained or if it was a lazy day for this particular employee, but I had an unfortunate vomiting incident that required a new prescription phoned in and "refilled early." I took the initiative and called the physician to phone in a new prescription for the vomited medication. The pharmacy tech was nice enough to call back and inform me "it was refill too soon." Of course it was, my son threw up 3 days supply in a matter of minutes. The tech told me I would have to pay full cash price to get the medication. Unfortunately, for her (or me) I worked in community pharmacy for several years and was aware that insurance companies can issue overrides on "refill too soon" for certain issues. I called my insurance company and they allowed the refill early. Had I been a typical customer, I wouldn't have known to call my insurance company. I probably would have paid full cash price as the tech suggested. This is POOR customer service. As I mentioned, I knew what to do, but clearly the tech either didn't know or didn't want to call for the override. I will continue to get my prescription here for now and will update my review as needed, but come on CVS, please train your employees.
