Needed a sweet treat, and this hit the spot! We went inside and had no wait, and the employee running the register was attentive as soon as we walked in. We had a difficult time deciding (can't blow ice cream day!), but she waited patiently. We ordered a sundae and a blizzard; both were ready quickly and tasted great. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

I waited in the building to order ice cream for 15 minute at the register. But notice 5 people with headset working and running around not focused on the customers at the register in the building ready to order. The excuse was they did not expect the rush and under staffed. The person inline right after us got waited on in seconds. I watched at least 7 vehicles pass by the drive through why waiting at the register to order. No manager or supervisor was onsite and asking for contact information and did not receive it. Very disappointing experience and service.

I got the reeses peanut butter blizzard is was super good! Every blizzard I have gotten so far have been good and I have barely scratched the surface!

With much expectations went to this location to pick DQ's famous blizzard but they served it more like a smoothie which is exactly opposite.Pls serve products as advertised!!!

The blizzards were delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Place was clean and nice inside. No food just ice cream treats and ice cream cakes.

Not sure if it is this location or DQ wide.Two outcomes, neither of which is ideal:First, Blizzard has enough toppings/mix-ins to make a medium Blizzard only half a Blizzard and half vanilla soft serve in a cup.Second, the Blizzard is more than mixed, it is "Blended" like a smoothie where there are no chunks of toppings or mix-ins but instead basically a milk shake.$6+ for a medium sized half blizzard-half cup of soft serve or a chocolate milk shake? Yikes.Probably should just go back to $1 cone at McDonald's or a pint of Ben and Jerry's...Probably will try other locations before we write of DQ after 50 years of family tradition.Fingers crossed!

When I got up to the window to palce my order, Catrina D told me I missed the speaker to place my order. She then proceeded to tell me I had to go out and go around the entire building again and do it right this time. I thought she was joking. There were NO cars behine me and they were pretty dead. She said that she will not be taking orders from the window any longer. She NEVER said this was store policy, just her policy. Obviously, this has been a reoccurring problem since she said "I will no longer take orders from the window". I just sat there shocked at the ridiculousness of the situation and why she was being so nasty. I would have just left but the items were for friends. I decided to go into the store instead of driving around. One of the items I purchased was a med cone. I have never seen a cone so small. You have lost a customer due to Catrina D rudeness. There was no reason for me to drive around the building again, since there were no other customers in line. Catrina wanted to show me who is in charge. It would be nice if DQ could hire employees who know what customer service means. I don't care if she had a bad day, you have no right to take it out on me. When I arrived at my friends house I told the story about being ordered to drive around again like a child being punished. Don't you screen employees before you hire them? You have loss several customer today because Catrina doesn't how to relate to others.
