The drinks are good, the people are nice, but this is the third time that I’ve been cut in line by people using the right lane. The person taking orders needs to have better line management. When I arrived today, there were 4 in the right lane and none in the left. I pulled behind the 4 and while waiting 3 more people then pulled in to the right. Those three people were all served before me.In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a huge deal because I was not in any rush today but I just feel if a company wants to implement a two lane drivethru - they need to train how to manage it.

This has got to be the slowest and rudest Dutch Bros there is. It took about 25 minutes for 4 cars to get through in the middle of the day. Also, there were 3 of us in a single lane waiting since there was only one cashier when someone goes around us all and gets helped first. I told the cashier that we were all ahead of them and she didn't seem to care, then when I was up she was very rude and had an attitude with me because I spoke up.

This is a terrible location. It is super busy and they move SLOW. No sense of urgency. They have 10 cars in line but no one getting orders prior to the window. Please get some common sense employees instead of people socializing with their friends. Go to Queen Creek location and save your sanity.

This is by far the slowest Dutch we have ever experienced. We have tried it multiple times hoping it has improved but are always disappointed .

I was just there 3/4/24 at 12:10pm and got a few drinks for my husband, myself and 2 kids, I don't know if the workers are having a bad day but they were really rude, I got the boba drink they gave me the wrong straw and when we asked for a straw the girl had a bad attitude. I will definitely take the extra drive to go the other location in Queen Creek or stick to Starbucks. Horrible service

I hate coming to this location. Every single time my order is taken way after other cars that showed up after me. It's been multiple cars before. It happens every time I come. Other customers don't even have the common decency to say "hey that car was here before me, you should take their order". The employees taking orders in line absolutely need to pay better attention to who arrived first. People are taking advantage of this two lane BS.

Dutch Bros has became my number 1 coffee shop I go to! The customer service is top notch. The coffee or drinks I get I'm never disappointed always made to perfection. Yes there is a wait most times but it's worth it. I love where there is so many sugar free options and the soft top is a must! Always add the soft top.

This place is soooo slow!! Literally 30 min wait for a coffee. The two lane drive through doesn’t work here and they don’t like to come out and get your order. You have to wait till you get to the window to order. Super inefficient.

I have been to this dutch several times on my way to the movie theater and they are airways VERY SLOW. I go to dutch every day and I've been to 90% off them in my area, and this one is not my favorite. There were only 3 cars in line me being the 3rd and I counted 4 workers. No one was out taking orders. It took me 15 min to get through. From what I could see the 2 cars in front of me were only getting one drink and it does not take that long to make a drink. This dutch needs to get there butt in gear and kick up the pace.

Won't be back to this location lazy employees, with only two of us in a line they still decide to make us wait a bit to come out and take our order. Than I received my drink that comes with a white foam top and I look and say oh no white foam top. She says you have to order it like that. No any other Dutch bros puts it on automatically. I just left but once again won't be back and I'm actually noticing at a lot of locations chitchatting trumps helping customers. I suggest hiring adults or at lease kids that take their job serious !!!
