Unfortunately I hit a metal chair on the 202 and it completely perforated the underneath of my car. I took a leave at work for PTSD treatment and of course that happened as I’m going through an extremely difficult time. However, Steve at Gerber Collision made the process so extremely seamless for me. I know having USAA insurance helps as they are always great my rep this time was not the best- but Steve and the team made the not so ideal situation; better. So thank you to the team there, you guys have been absolutely amazing. You never know what someone is going through. So making this type of thing seamless for someone, is a big deal. He called me frequently to update me. He helped me get my car towed to them. And I got my car back and it looks good as new. Thank you so much everyone! AFTER PHOTO IS FIRST*

Had a hit and run incident with my vehicle where somebody backed into it while it was parked and they took off. I took it to a few shops and Gerber was the easiest & quickest to work with. Also gave an affordable price. They regularly called with updates and had the car fixed in 1.5 weeks. Another place said it was going to take 2 months. Definitely would recommend coming here. Steven and the team were super helpful and explained well what needed to be done

Amazing customer service. There was a mechanical issue with my vehicle while I was having some work done. It was just bad luck that it happened while it was there. They went above and beyond helping me with the issue. I really appreciated everything they did. Everyone there is fantastic.

My car was hit on the driver's side and I took it for repair at Gerber Collision and Glass located at 18631 E Business Park Dr, Queen Creek, AZ 85142. When I got the vehicle from the shop, it started making some weird noise. After I returned the vehicle back to the shop, the staff told me to drive him around to listen to the noise but the noise did not come up because we drove a short distant. The staff did not even check the vehicle. He told me to go to another shop for them to check the brakes even after I told him that the car did not have any brake problem including any noise before the accident. I did not take the car to any shop and after two weeks, different parts underneath the car including the fender liner and undercover fell off from the driver's side that was repaired and the front lower grill part of the vehicle which was not damaged in the accident fell off too. When I returned the vehicle to the shop the second time, the staff said it is not covered by warranty and I have to pay out of pocket. I discovered that the car was well polished outside but inner parts were not repaired properly and the noise was related to the repairs because after the parts fell off, there was no weird noise like before but smoke came up from underneath the car. Furthermore, some parts that fell off were the original parts from the manufacturer which reveals that those parts were not replaced during the repair and they were not replaced back properly. Now my car is undrivable and I have to find a shop where to take it for repairs which will cost me money out of pocket and the company was already paid by my insurance for the repairs. I will never recommend Gerber Collision and glass located at 18631 E. Business Park Drive, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 to any friend, family, neighbors, or business owners because the staff did not take my concerns seriously and that is risking my life. In addition, it was not good to tell me that the vehicle is not covered under warranty after two weeks when it was their fault. Elizabeth N.

Very disappointed on the work they did to my vehicle. They had it a month and never bothered them about hurrryjng up. Yet bolts were missing on my fender to firewall as well as loose hardware scattered next to windshield wipers. My hood was loose and my grill was installed too low where it didn’t align with my lights. Oil cooler lines were loose where if I hadn’t pressed them in the radiator they would have leaked. A bracket fell off in my drive way where it attached a harness to the frame. Took it back and still had problems with the suspension where I’d hear a clunking sound. I requested another Gerber on Sossoman and after them having my vehicle for a week I called them to find out parts were on order. That was roughly two months ago. Now we are waiting for a call and still hearing something loose under the front end. Don’t bother with these large chains take it to locally owned. They seemed to try harder

Very happy with my experience here. I came in needing a deep scrape repaired and repainted, as well as a miscolored rear bumper repainted to match the rest of the car. I worked with Ryan, and he was fantastic. Everyone on the team was friendly. These guys did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations with the work that was done. My car was also finished 2 days early.

Had an issue with my windshield and mirror, went in asking for a quote. They didn’t have what they needed on hand, but told me exactly what to do and sent me across the street to Napa to get a $8 product that would address the issue. Will come back next time I have a body or glass issue.

Great experience!! They replaced my drivers side mirror that was broken in a car wash. Whitney was our advisor and he was prompt with communication before we came in. He quoted us a fair price and kept me in the loop as I waited for the repair to be done. Thank you!Service was quick and super friendly!! The gal at the front desk was really nice and professional.Really impressed with the work and the service. Highly recommend!!
