Went here earlier today with a few questions on products and was prepared to spend some good money on supplements but the man who was working was absolutely terrible. He didn't seem like he wanted to answer any of the questions we had and he came off as extremely rude the ENTIRE time we were there. We had multiple items picked out but left without buying anything solely because of his attitude. They need better people working here because personally I will never go back.

Given so many chances to GNC, hoping they prove me wrong. They fail every time in the “customer service” department. Time to find another supplement store.

The crew was extremely apathetic and seed bothered I was in the store. After feeling uncomfortable I left and gave my business to Amazon which I do not prefer.

Very disappointed! I came into the store on March 2 to get a product and it was not in stock. The employee informed me that they could ship it to me within 3 to 5 business days so I took that option. This product cost me over $50 and it is now March 11 and I still have not received it. I went into the store because I saw this product is now in stock in store. I asked them to cancel my online order since I have not received yet and asked if I can just take one from in the store. They refused, had me stand in the store for over 25 minutes while they are tried to track down my order that they could not find. Then they said there was an issues with my card and that is why it didn't ship. But there was not, I had a receipt and I could see they pulled the money from my account. Then they told me they would need to put in a refund, I would need to buy the product again if I wanted to take it from the store! Wtf, I clearly already paid for this product so this makes no sense! So now I had to pay another $54 for this product and I won't get my refund for what they say 3 to 5 business days. So now I am out over $108, and who knows when I will actually see that refund. They aren't efficient at the store and they're useless, don't bother!

The worker never once greeted us. She stood there like we were bothering her and not once offered to help. This is 2x now and we will not be going back.

Travis and the crew are awesome. Every time I go in for Protein or anything else they make sure I get what I want. They are super friendly and awesome. Best GNC I have been to ever.

I have been going to this GNC FOR 3 months. TRAVIS is my personal Supplement GURU !!!! I’m on a journey to build muscle while steadily loose the weight. Since I have met TRAVIS. I have lost 25 lbs and gains 5 lbs of muscle and thanks to his expertise he gave me the right supplements. Go see Travis he’s very personable and knowledgeable. Came here on Monday at 9:00am and it’s 9: 04 and they’re still not open is there a reason I’m just lost as to why the website says 9 :00 am and I called but no one answered
