“Walking into CrossFit HIFI after not working out for over 10 years was honestly intimidating, but the trainers and community made me feel welcomed from day one. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They took the time to teach me the proper way to lift, focus on form, and build confidence every step of the way.
The atmosphere is motivating, supportive, and completely judgment-free. No matter your fitness level, everyone cheers each other on and wants to see you succeed. I’m so grateful I found this gym and highly recommend CrossFit HIFI to anyone looking to get stronger, healthier, and feel supported while doing it!”
“I attend the QC location on Saturdays for yoga, and it's become my favorite way to end the week. Everyone is so welcoming, and it's the perfect way to stretch and recover after a week of workouts.”
“Best weightlifting gym in Queen Creek! The coaches are fantastic and really do care about you. No need to worry about what shape you are in. They will tailor your workout to your ability. The atmoshere is very welcoming. The members are all supportive. No body shaming or peer pressure. As close to getting personal training as you can get, but in a small group setting. I have only been going 2 months and I am in so much better shape than when I started. If you are looking for a new/better gym, this is the place.”

“I love Orangetheory! I’ve been a member for about 4 weeks now, and from day one all the front desk ladies have been so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They really set the tone every time you walk in.
But this review is especially for Coach Leigh — she is beyond amazing, truly heaven-sent. When I first started, I couldn’t even do a proper squat, let alone run on the treadmill. Now I’m doing things I never thought I could, and that’s because of her.
She pushes you, but in the best way. She’s attentive, she really *sees* you, and she makes every class enjoyable. She knows exactly when to push you harder and when to pull back. She makes sure you understand each exercise and that you’re doing it correctly. And when she knows you’re capable of more, she’s right there with a heavier weight or bumping up your incline and speed.
I’ve gotten so used to her coaching that I honestly only book classes when she’s there. That’s how impactful she is.
Everyone has a story, but she reminds me that I don’t have to be defined by mine. Thank you so much, Coach Leigh — this means more than you know. ❤”

“I love this Mountainside location! The facilities are always cared for, and the staff is very attentive! Masie is the friendliest face! I recommend this location to all my gym friends”
“My wife and I joined Planet Fitness about a week ago and we both love the experience. They have every machine you could want, lots of them and the staff has been great. friendly and helpful...every one. Its definitely a chill vibe and you see all ages. Everyone is quietly and respectfully doing their thing. The monthly fee is extremely fair and you cant beat all of the massage-based experiences. As a first time gym experience, it is indeed a little intimidating with all of the machines. They have QR codes on most so you can see the proper way to use them. My wife and I are meeting with one of the trainers and I cant wait to ask him or her what machines would be best for my goals, and how to use those machines effectively.
Extremely happy we chose PF for our exercise programs. Well done, QC PF!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to ask some silly questions regarding the equipment, but the young woman at the front desk was very helpful and made me feel welcome. Shout out to Kaylee/Kaleigh, not sure how to spell her name. She’s the blonde that works at night. Thanks for making my visit a positive experience! The facility is nice and has all the equipment you could want.”
“My child has attended both the MMA class and the BJJ fundamentals class. The MMA class has been a great experience overall, with friendly, attentive coaches and a very welcoming environment.
The BJJ “fundamentals” class, however, felt a bit advanced for a first-time student. The class size was quite large, which I understand can make it challenging to give individual attention to newcomers. That said, new students were allowed to lightly roll without first being taught how or when to properly tap. As a result, more experienced students were applying submissions, such as armbars, to beginners who did not yet understand how to safely respond. This felt a little concerning from a safety standpoint.
Additionally, the warm-up drills were not demonstrated in detail for new students, so many appeared unsure of the proper techniques. I believe an introductory or beginner-specific class focused on basic safety concepts, tapping, and fundamental movements could be very beneficial.
This feedback is intended as constructive criticism, as we value the gym and want to see it continue to provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students.”
