This location is DISGUSTING! It's dirty, it smells, you will probably bring home bed bugs or cockroaches if you even dare to go in it! I don't even know what the employees actually do there because it's clear that nobody is stocking or cleaning.

Does anyone ever sweep or mop in this store? Every time I come in here there's stuff all over the floor, boxes everywhere, messy looking. Workers are pleasant and generally they have what I need but come on, take some pride in your store.

Store was super disorganized and nobody could help me find what I needed. I approached 3 separate employees and none could tell me where my item was. Only one employee was at the register, the other register spaces were piled with merchandise. The store is also very small compared to other locations.

Horrible pickup experience!! It was obvious they were never going to come out to do curbside pickup so I ended up having to go inside, there was only one cashier for register AND curbside pickup, the line inside was way to the back of the store. She had no intension of getting my order so after asking twice she very nasty literally walks 5 feet away grabs my order and shoves it at me. They shouldn't offer curbside if they can't handle it. ONE CASHIER give me a break.

This store is filthy! The floors have not been scrubbed in years and the customer service counters are just disgusting! It’s a shame because employees are very nice.

They have everything you need and are well stocked with inventory. But the places is very dirty. Go get a pattern out of the drawer and you'll see what I mean. They're caked in dirt and I'm not even sure how older folks or disabilities would be able to grab patterns out of those bottom drawers.

This store is not a good representation of the Joann Fabrics brand at all. The store where I moved from was clean, bright and the workers were helpful and friendly. I will go out of my way to go to Michaels in Gilbert rather than here. Looked dirty and cashier was not friendly at all. In fact, this store doesn't epitomize Queen Creek either.

I just came from the Joann’s in Gilbert, and it puts the Queen Creek Joanns to shame. The store in QC is dirty, disorganized, poorly stocked, and I even picked up a fabric bolt from the floor. Employees are rude and clueless, and would rather be on their cell phone than help a customer; I didn’t appreciate the eye rolling.

My wife ordered thread online, on sale. 2 hours later after closing and after the sale ended she got an email that her order was canceled. But she can get free shipping, except that the thread is now no longer on sale. What a crock!

I try really hard to always treat people with the utmost respect and be kind to anyone I talk to... I came in here last night and again today and was treated like trash. The girls didn't want to help me or even treat me kindly. I don't know why these people hate their jobs so much but do better. I'll be going to a different Joanne's next time or Michael's. Didn't know asking for help was something to treat me horribly for. Do better!

Ordered online for pickup, two hours later went to store to pick up. Order wasn't ready. Note it was for two rolls of ribbon. Called when I arrived, " your order isn't ready yet." Me: when will it be ready. Clerk: It can take up to 24 hours. You can get it yourself. And we'll cancel your order. Me: you'll give me a receipt for the cancellation? Clerk: no. Me: how will I know it's cancelled. Clerk: we'll do it. Anyway 45 minutes later I bought my ribbon again. Hadn't shopped at Joanna for 3 years. Gave it another try. Won't try again.

What a shame .. I love going to Joann's for all my quilting supplies but have been very disappointed at the cleanliness or lack thereof ... floors look like they have not been washed in months, stuff all over the floor .. so disappointing.. I end up going to the one in San Tan that is much more cleaner even if it's a longer drive for me ... Management ... please clean up your store.
