Sandwich had hardly any meat and just a small piece of the end of onion. Very disappointing. Looked nothing like picture on website.

I have been visiting this particular Kneader’s location in Queen Creek for a few years now, and it was the first time that I actually had the pleasure to meet the District Manager. While I enjoy the food and atmosphere that is reminiscent of a cozy, warm and welcoming cafe, this review is particularly for Kneader’s District Manager and I can only hope she or the company’s headquarters will read this note, because I was very taken by her authentic, genuine and warm hospitality, paired with her welcoming treatment towards guests.Typically, as a guest / customer, we don’t get to see or interact with upper management. However, it was at the QC location where I got to meet Deanna (please pardon if I misspelled your District Manager’s name), East Valley’s District Manager, I believe?!It was a VERY busy late morning, with the bakery hustling and bustling.Despite the long queue with in-bakery dining and customers from all ages avidly awaiting to place their order for the bakery’s famous French Toast and, despite a few very impatient, grumpy customers, one in particular that caught my attention and unfortunately not in a positive manner, Deanna exceeded any and all hospitality standards, with the sole aim to satisfy the seemingly impossible to please and uncooperative customer, a woman / lady who unfortunately felt she should have priority over all other customers in line.On the latter note, in a world of “Kens & Karens”, be a Deanna! ?Cheers to that!?I stem from years of fine dining restaurant and luxury hotel management myself and am very observant, though do not typically have the urge to leave reviews. In this particular instance however, it is my absolute desire, delight and pleasure to send a big shoutout to your District Manager who managed to single handedly impress me, as she went above and beyond and thus, exceeded her hospitality and people management skills while finally pleasing the guest / customer ahead of me who was truly being impossible, all the while being deeply condescending to the team members and even to Deanna herself.Kudos to Deanna for maintaining a professional, warm and welcoming, friendly attitude and front while also pleasing all other guests as well as customers.I only had the pleasure to have spoken with Miss Deanna shortly, as I did not wish to occupy much of her time, amid a very busy breakfast / brunch shift at the bakery, with schools having been closed and thus, with also a larger, younger customer demographic present that kept the entire team very busy with continuous orders.Thank you, Deanna for having taken the time to converse with me, to have introduced yourself to me after my curiosity led me to strike a conversation with you.Above all, thank you for your authentic, genuine, warm and truly welcoming hospitality.Kneader’s is lucky to have a District Leader / Manager like Deanna and I can only hope that your company’s leadership team will read this and appreciate this pivotal member of your operations, who is naturally blessed to know how to cater towards various personalities in this utmost volatile industry, named hospitality.Anybody who has worked even one day in this demanding field, knows well and understands the importance of a solid leader that knows the perfect balance between assertiveness, humility, kindness and professionalism and how to guide her team accordingly.Deanna is the very epitome of all of the aforementioned values and character traits, the very representation of proper, professional, subtle etiquette and I am delighted to have had the opportunity to meet and to speak with her at this Kneader’s location in Queen Creek.Thank you, Deanna, for also having extended your kindness and warm hospitality towards me and for a wonderful dining experience.Cheers!

The French dip sandwich was okay, but skimpy on the meat. The cheddar and broccoli soup was a disappointment, with a fake cheese Velveeta like taste and almost no broccoli. Very disappointing especially for the Hefty price tag. I will go elsewhere next

I eat lunch here once or twice a week. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I love how they have added smaller size salads. I am so excited for them to hopefully get there mushroom soup back, it is one of my favorites from Kneaders. I also have used them for several small catering orders and have been nothing but pleased with the product. Love my Queen Creek Kneaders!

I was a loyal customer since they opened. It is sad to see what happened to this place.Overall quality of food went down, prices went up and sizes are much smaller. For example I ordered veggie-avocado sandwich today.Thickness of sandwich was about 1/2 of what it used to be and avocado was in name only (I found few minuscule pieces of avocado).Food is overpriced and quality is low.Very sad

Their cinnamon rolls are not what they used to be. They use to have the best cinnamon rolls that would come out in these fluffy squares nice and warm with the glaze on top and now they are burnt tasting, hard little circles. I am disappointed and will not be going anymore.

Ordered a salted caramel muffin top and this is what I got? Delicious but definitely not what I ordered... not the first time this has happened either. :/

Love kneaders in queen creek. District Mgr is just ok. Little not friendly. I've had issues with getting orders filled correctly for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Won't order for holidays again. With that being said, drive through workers are nice and precise. Food a little high priced but get the app for money off and treats.

Everything was great!Dietary restrictions: There was 1 soup that was gluten free but I don't love tomato soup.I wish there were some other gluten free options but my salad was very good.

Very disappointed in lack of service this morning walked into Kneaders at 8:15 stood at counter for 15 mins took 10 mins before we were acknowledged finally employee walked by and kept going didn't stop to take our order when asked why stated they were in the middle of a catering order and that they would get to us when they could. Obviously Kneaders needs to become a catering store only if that is all they care about and if they are going to make in store customers feel unwanted.

The quality of food has continually declined. Orders are frequently wrong. My last order will indeed be my last. My order was served with rotten vegetables

Such great bread! Highly recommend the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich! My boyfriend got the turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce. Everything was so fresh! Atmosphere-wise, the dining room was dirty and needed tables wiped down. Otherwise, no complaints.

The people were great, the food had too much salt. Both of us were sick the next day due to the salt.
