Honestly, I was really hoping to not leave this place a one star review, but we have given them chance after chance to redeem themselves and mine and my mom's experience here has been a nightmare. It started off really well; the office is beautiful, and the staff seemed friendly. The consultation for a all-in-four was great, and we were able to get my mom in for surgery two weeks after it. She had her surgery, and came home. She was in a lot of pain, and they did not prescribe her an adequate amount of pain medication; they kept telling us to use Tylenol and ibuprofen for major mouth surgery. This was fine, we made it through it, and went to her next appointment with no snags. On her third or fourth appointment is when we really started to get disappointed. The day before her appointment, she called in to let them know her bottom row of teeth felt loose, turned out they had cracked. We went in the following day, and my mother was in an immense amount of pain. This included the dentist dropping the cauterizing tool on her lip - twice, and did not apologize either time. The amount of pain she was going to be in after the initial surgery was also not relayed to us during the consultation. My mother, who is not a cryer, was sobbing and crying out in pain during the whole appointment. They had to print a new row of bottom teeth, since her other ones were cracked. After spending three hours at the dentist for this appointment, with little to no communication from the staff, we were on our way home. When we got home, my mother looked in the mirror and saw that her bottom teeth WERE NOT EVEN THE SAME COLOR as her top teeth. She requested the whitest of white teeth, and her bottom row were YELLOW. She has went her whole life embarrassed about her teeth, spent 40,000 dollars to get ones she could finally be proud of, and then left with the exact same feeling. She did not smile for two weeks. The day before the next appointment, her teeth cracked again, showing how great their product is.When I called to have this redeemed, the front office lady told me we should have called in to let them know she had cracked the bottom so they could have prepared better, and the reason that they were the wrong color was because they did not have the correct one when they had to print it in office. Please remember WE DID CALL. Additionally, during the appointment, they did NOT tell her that her teeth did not match. Two weeks later, we went in for her second set of teeth. All went well, minimal pain this time. When we got home, they messed up her teeth AGAIN, but worse this time. Not only are they the wrong color AGAIN, but they are also THE WRONG SHAPE. She requested a Hollywood smile, in the brightest white they have, her teeth are NOT straight across, her bottom teeth almost have a dip between the two front two, and they appear to be the child-like option that they offer. I don't know if they got hers mixed up with someone else's, or they just do not care to pay attention to the teeth they are printing. We do not want to call again and complain, as we were dismissed like crazy the first time we complained. Maybe they will care more about my mother's teeth, that we are spending 40 grand on, if we air our grievances on a public platform. She has another appointment mid January, let's see if we will actually get what we are paying for this time. If we did not have a loan with them, we would have went to another dentist after the second appointment. If we get what we desire, this post can and will be updated. Will check in again once we have the finals.Additionally, I forgot to mention this in the initial post, they tried to blame my mother for the amount of pain she went through when the cauterizing tool was dropped on her mouth. They said her mouth healed "weird," making her feel even worse about her mouth than she already does.** This is for their Chandler office, I cannot find it on Yelp, thought I would warn people at the QC office as well
