I had my appt at 1:30 wasn’t called back until 1:45.. my massage started 1:50 and he finished at 2:34pm and cut my massage short. Due to him being late or running behind. This location is terrible! Go to the one off Williams field they call you back on time and don’t cut your massage short that you paid for!

My boyfriend and I just started coming to this location because we moved out to STV and so far I love everything about this place! I love how I can use my membership for a massage, stretch OR facial, I don’t have to just pick one and I love that there are a lot of therapists and availability. The front desk girls are so nice and Alyssa was the one that signed my boyfriend up, she made it such an easy experience.

I have never had such horrible customer experience as at this location. I’ve been on and off with massage envy since 2014 and the bottom line is this: go anywhere else.Their front office is a revolving door and staffed by incompetence.If you find a therapist you like they will be impossible to schedule with.Their monthly discounted pricing is a CONTRACT which I explicitly asked about and was told it could be canceled at any time.I am now pregnant and moving away and having to PROVE this to them so my “contract” (again, that I did not know about) can be canceled.I have 3.5 credits left now and refuse to step foot in to this awful location. $262.50 down the toilet.Massage envy has been involved in class action lawsuits in the past regarding these contracts. Do more research than I did.There are so many places, including therapists that will come to your house for cheaper. Don’t get sucked in to this business.

I had my first ever massage and I absolutely loved it! Alyssa on the front desk was so amazing and helpful! I was very anxious and she made me feel comfortable. I had so many questions and she sat with me and answered every single one! I will definitely be returning and I'm so happy I decided to start this health journey. Thank you Alyssa for helping me realize I have to take care of myself and being so helpful and nice!

I went to Massage Envy and it’s been a while since I’ve had a massage. The entire time I was well taken care of from the front desk to the service provided. The massage was amazing and the assistant manager helped me check out. She was so nice and welcoming and helped me with questions that I had about the membership. 10/10 would come here again.

My first time having a membership with massage envy and they are absolutely horrible! I will never have a membership with them ever again. They will take your money! It’s all a scam. The manager Alyssa Romo was so rude to me over the phone when I asked to cancel my membership due to them being unorganized. She told me I needed a doctors note to cancel? I have never been treated so poorly from a company. I do not recommend massage envy for anyone! Front desk woman have no idea what they are talking about, they don’t educate on what you are signing up for. In all the company is very horrible and needs to make changes on how they treat customers

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WHEN YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR DO NOT SHOW AND THEY WILL NOT CREDIT WHEN THEY NEED TO CANCEL AND LIE ABOUT THE NOTIFICATIONS SENT DUE TO THEIR CANCELLATIONS. ASST. MGR ALYSSA IS RUDE AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEST TO USE CHIRO MASSAGE THERAPISTS OR ELEMENTS MASSAGE.

Our family has had ongoing memberships with massage well over a decade. When my dad passed suddenly, it took the manager, Maggie I believe, over a week of multiple phone calls from my mom and myself to respond regarding his membership. During this week, my mom endured repeated automated texts to my dad’s phone requesting payment for his membership. They had already been informed of his passing. My dad had 23 hours saved. When my mom requested that those sessions be transferred to her, she would only transfer 5 hours. She told my mom that she would be charged ten dollars for any additional hour transferred and cited new policy. Maggie, this is extremely callous and strikes me as ethically wrong. It would seem reasonable to make an exception in this instance, considering the finances were shared and my mom is the only reason he joined to begin with. Considering her long-standing membership and the circumstances, as well as the lack of response and automated harassment(which could and should easily have been canceled the moment your location was notified) I believe it is well within your power to simply transfer the remaining hours with no fee. Nobody is asking for anything above and beyond. Your business revolves around well-being. Please behave accordingly.As a side note, it was bad enough that when I made the hold request from a different location weeks before that, the young lady at the desk stated that she would notify your location and then likely did not. She then proceeded to lament about the death of her 2 young pugs and staying strong for her siblings. While I realize her intent was not ill and I love my pets and empathize with her, it was absolutely not the appropriate thing to say to someone who is attempting to handle affairs for the family after losing a father.Perhaps you can fix the hours transfer. My mom will not insist, but I absolutely do.This review was originally posted for the wrong location, as the staff at this location had given me inaccurate information.

Don’t waste your money on adding CBD oil to your massage, it’s $30 extra and absolutely 0 difference to the massage, I left there still hurting in my back after a 90 minute light touch massage, the pain never changed even after adding the leftover amount onto my back later that day. Absolute waste of $30, very disappointing!

Randy always is so friendly and greets me with a smile. I always appreciate her positivity! Alyeeia however is the reason I keep coming back. She's been healing me these past few months while dealing with a chronic illness. Her sessions have been the only relief I get during these dark times. Absolutely couldn't live without her. Overall I love this location and have made it my getaway home to feel like my old self again, even if just for a couple hours. Thank you Massage Envy!
