Amazing store! I spoke to two ladies (forgot the names, but they really knew there stuff) on Saturday 7/13 during the reptile sell. Every question that was thrown at them they answered. I have a new favorite store for my reptile babies!

I prefer coming here over the other place. I really prefer the gentleman up front as we talk insects and reptiles. The insects here are way better than other locations and it's super easy getting in and out of the store.

I have taken my large breed dog to this Petco for several years for grooming. When I went in to drop off my dog this time I was rudely greeted by the person that was going to groom my dog. When I tried to explain to her how I wanted him done and how he was not done the way I asked last time she became even ruder speaking over me loudly saying the same thing over and over. She demanded that I pay an additional grooming fee for shed removal or she said she would not groom him. I tried explaining to her that I had done the de-shedding before and it didn't make a difference but she just continued yelling at me. My dog gets very ill in the heat if he is not groomed so I did not have a choice and had this appt. for 8 weeks so I left him and went to the front to speak to the manager. The manager was very polite and said that she understood my issue with the groomer and that she would "handle" it. When I returned a different groomer immediately started yelling at me again because the groomer that had done my dog before did not "charge" me correctly. Well nobody had in several years so that is not my issue, but PETCO'S issue, and if they knew that I wasn't being charged correctly they should have professionally explained that to me in the beginning instead of screaming at me and talking over me. As I was walking out they were still yelling insults at me. The groomers are unprofessional and rude and although the mgr. did take part of my bill off from my initial complaint nobody even explained that to me before I paid it which would have been the professional thing to do. DON'T GO HERE. THEIR COSTS ARE HIGH AND THEIR QUALITY IN GROOMING IS SUBPAR AND THEY ARE RUDE, SO HOW WILL THEY TREAT YOUR DOG?

Much better prices and selection over the other place with the name "Pet" in it (in my area anyway) plus they price match. If you're into saltwater or freshwater, invertebrates or reptiles, talk to Wes. He is probably the most knowledgeable person I've ever met at a chain store.

Great that they have multiple employees around closing time to help you out. Needed to get the new pup food and was worried someone was only guarding the register. Found numerous employees and got in and out.

the dog clothing section is very disappointing not a big variety and the clothing they do have is only in small sizes ?
I also felt like because I'm not white the workers judged me from the moment I walked in. Smh
