took our dog to be groomed- was referred to a specific groomer. got an appointment with her and she assured us our dog would be done in 2 hours- 3 at the most. drove 40 min to see this groomer btw. after 4 hours i tried to call and the phone would just ring, then after several minutes disconnect. got ahold of someone at the main store and they told us it would be another hour because our dog was "big". so 5 hours to do a simple shave. he has 2.5 months of growth from the last time he was shaved, so it's not like he was super shaggy. went to wait on them at the 4 hour mark and someone also waiting for their dog, told us that ours had been standing on the table at least 2 hours since they got there. not professional and certainly not a humane way to treat a beloved pet. so nearly 5 hours after his appointment we had to jailbreak our dog out of there, and thus legs and face weren't even done. save your dog the trauma and go somewhere else.

Whenever I am visiting relatives in Queen Creek, I bring Buster to Petsmart. They take excellent care of him and have always followed all my instructions for his special care. They are very conscientious about his health & well being. They contacted his vet about his recent heart murmur to make sure of any other special needs. They are GREAT!!!

I went to buy an elevated food dish holder. The first aisle marked "cats" had the product. I was in and out the door in about seven minutes, despite waiting in line behind three other customers. The store was clean and the cashier was very pleasant and efficient.

i came and was looking at the fish with my girlfriend. we weren’t touching poking or doing ANYTHING. adrianna starts to yell at my girlfriend for no reason saying she was putting her hands in the water. there was absolutely no reason she could’ve thought that. we weren’t even close. she started to tell how she’s gonna kick us out because if it. my girlfriend said she wasn’t and she gave he SO MUCH attitude for it. i understand asking about it if she was putting her hand in the water but she just jumped to conclusions and decided to be horrible. the only reason im not giving 1 star is because everyone else was nice and respectful. no one deserves how Adriana acted

Not usually one to leave negative reviews but I’m really bothered. The girl Adriana working the fish department really left a bad taste in my mouth after our interaction with her. I took my kids to pick out some fish and she walked out from the back room and my son said “hi!” To her and she just looked at him with a really annoyed facial expression and said nothing to him. my 2 and 4 year old were obviously really excited, not being loud or obnoxious or anything just “mommy look at this little fish! Let’s get this one!” And she said TO them “wow you guys are really hyper active” in a really rude tone. I’m really disappointed with how she interacted with my children. Do better with your employees

I don't even want to give them 1 star! Do not go there! The woman named Jessica is very rude and doesn't seem to like her job and seems miserable with life.. .. and was extremely hateful from the moment I got there to check in my dog . I was told to wait because their groomer wasn't there yet! Then when the groomer still didn't show up, another groomer offered to take information on how I wanted my dog cut this time.. as I was going over everything, she informed me whoever groomed the dog prior did a poor job and they would need to start over and shave my dog down all over! I expressed I was frustrated with this and proceeded to leave my dog anyway and ask when I could return to get her. And because Jessica assumed I had an attitude because I was short with my answer and expressed I was disappointed with this and rightly so , I wasn't happy especially when they didn't even admit fault or apologize for what they did to my dog !! Very rude and unqualified staff. I will never take my animal there for grooming ever again ! Bad bad customer service ,

Took my dog in for the quick wash as the sign said no appointment necessary. It turns out you need an appointment. Totally false advertising. The staff super unfriendly too. Would never take my dog there as the staff all miserable and very rude.

Not good for pet hospital. They charge to much money. The pet saloon would not cut my dogs hair.

Recently took my 11wk old puppy to get a quick nail trim. They say they accept dogs after 8wks. I had to bring up the fact that his feet were not supposed to touch the ground at that age in a high traffic area. They said he had to walk on the floor past the camera, and didnt have any exceptions for puppies. They said they could sanitize the floor before he walked if i wanted. I then had to ask if they could sanitize the area that he would get his nails clipped on before setting him there. I was in a bind to get them done because they were so long, but I would definitely not take your young puppy before they are fully vaccinated, even though they say they can service them, for they do not seem to take the proper precautions without being asked.

This is specific to the grooming department... We called to get details on nail trim for our dog. Was told they accepted walk-ins until 4 pm. Showed up at three pm only to be told they wouldn't be able to do the trim because we didn't have her rabies vaccine proof with us even though there were no other dogs around. Please make sure to relay that obviously important piece of information to your customers.

I just realized the grooming department totally scammed me! They oddly called me last week to see if I wanted to book an appointment for my Frenchie because they were having some sort of sale? I told her yes and booked an appointment for today 11/17 at 930am. Got there, checked my dog in and left to my car while they worked on her. 30 min later, I got a call to come get her because she was ready. I was on the phone at the time and couldn't come get her right away so I decided to pay through the app until I was off the call to avoid the register. Paid and now just realized they charged me FULL price AND they were not able to do a nail grind on her front paws but STILL charged me full price! I am done with this location. The grooming salon off Gilbert & Germann is 10xs better and they don't scam call you!

The staff is always friendly they greet you at the door they always have a smile on their face and do their best to help you out. I really enjoy most every pet smart store I have been in.

Tuesday night, a bit closer to closing, I came into the store with questions regarding dog training and Emily ( who has dog trainer on her NAME TAG) was incompetent and completely rude to me. It took so much out of me to not go off and ask for a manger. I can't explain the frustration I had to endure with Emily. She's not someone I would trust with my dog, let alone give me any advice. Looks like this place hires just anyone. ridiculous.
