Everything was great and the staff was cordial. The 26-footer on the other hand was not the best. The truck bounced around on the highway and 55 miles like it is going to break down and topple over. Please check this truck over. It will be a immense safety matter for sure for another customer. I did tell the staff girl checking me out with the transaction.

Had a great experience renting a 5x8 enclosed trailer from U-Haul. We used it to take our camping gear, and it was the perfect size. It was clean and kept all our stuff secure and protected from the weather. The rental process was easy from start to finish.

To be honest, I can NOT think of anything that needs to be approved. Staff was awesome! Site was awesome! Storage and truck rental was awesome! Jennifer and Gabby were Great! They understood my situation and worked with me! This will be my location and only location I will go..... thanks again staff

Everyone wants the best deal possible, and I am no different. Penske, budget, and others advertise this incredibly low price but have these large insurance fees and rules. The ease of online booking, transparent fees, the ease of use to extend a day were amazing and did not waste any time picking up or dropping off. The individuals dealt with at the location were superb, kind, and a joy to deal with.
