I now actually drive across the state passing several other Dodge dealers to have service done on my 2021 Dodge Ram because Earnhardt in Queen Creek keeps my truck in perfect shape. Cameron is my advisor and he knows way more about my truck than all the other dealers I have dealt with. I use my truck across the country and I have full confidence in every road trip. I’ll be back on the road again tomorrow. These newer trucks have so much more to them than the older models and if I forget anything Cameron keeps me dialed in. One last thing I must chime in on is their communication, very important and it is stellar at Earnhardt Queen Creek

Had a great experience buying a vehicle with Justin. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Ryan the manager stopped by to help answer some of our more complex financial questions and was very open about which option would be best for our family. Ryan from finances did great work on our lease and even made a special accomodation for our schedule so we could go Trick or Treating with our kids. Will gladly refer our friends and family!

Amazing service, faster fixing of my car than quoted, and they offered a shuttle service to the rental car place, checked in via text to make sure I got it taken care of, and I didn’t have to worry about returning the rental car because they did. Fast service in the building too! So friendly all around!

Our salesman Martin provided excellent customer service, I walked into the dealership with a certain Jeep in mind, he wanted to make sure I made the right decision. He showed me different options but ultimately I got what I wanted. I feel like Sales Manager Ryan did everything he could to make the deal happen and I drive out with the Jeep of my dreams. Finance manager Ryan was excellent and presented warrenty and gap information without pushing them on me. This dealership is how other local dealerships should be run. Thank you Martin, Ryan, Ryan and the Earnhardt family. We will be back in the future for a 2nd Jeep for my significant other!

I can't say enough great things about this Service Department!!! The great personal device and attention to detail I receive from Kim (advisor)and the welcoming feeling and concern from Darryl (Service Director)... We have 2 CJDR vehicles and will continue to update our current vehicles because of the personal attention and genuine care we receive with any and all concerns!!!! They’re amazing people! Troy helped me get the perfect vehicle for me and my 3 children. This is a terrible place. Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. Under no circumstances should you ever go there. I did and have had a most regrettable experience. A month after the deal….the balance sheet just did add up. It just didn’t. “It must just be a misunderstanding”. “Sometimes the receptionist will tell you the wrong amount”. Just a few of the justifications I was given. Bottom line…. I’m out $1K with no reasonable explanation. It baffles logic. Obviously an error has occurred. I can’t understand why can’t this be explained? It feels like I got baited and switched… I definitely got financially hammered on the other side of the deal. Very bad taste left behind. Very disingenuous. I just wanted to be heard. Instead, I got told I was wrong, and then stonewalled.UPDATE: I received a call from the dealership GM. He had an explanation: “we screwed up”. Yeah… I already knew that. Totally and completely inadequate and non- professional.

Earnhardt QC Ram is awesome, and Kim is the best service dispatcher I've ever worked with. They do great work and they communicate really well. I'm a full-time RV'er, so I'm all over the west, but I always time my trips so that I can take my truck to Rodeo for maintenance every time.

Salesman Justin was professional but extremely helpful in giving me a great car buying experience. There was no pressure but he did understand what I wanted and did everything to accomplish the sale. Bryan from finance did an excellent job giving all of the facts and helped streamline the paperwork. This is a great dealership which I absolutely recommend

Can't recommend using this facility especially on weekends a simple oil change tire rotation took hours came back with my dashboard on the floor unwashed asked me about filter never came back with a price completely lost

Thanks alot to Earnhardt Queen Creek! They had our jeep fixed within 2 days and had a rental from the start. We had our jeep at another dealership for two weeks and they didn't even look at. Jeff at Earnhardt was awesome and communicated with us the whole time. Definitely a 5 star service, see next time we need another vehicle.

We had the best experience we’ve ever had with a dealership here— trust me when I tell you they’re the best of the best. Hogan, our sales rep, showed us exactly what we were looking for within minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get our dream car, and the seamless experience was truly a relief. I cant recommend them enough, just know you're in good hands here. The man, Jeff, checking my car in was very rude and even yelled to his other coworker “I’m going to lose it today Kim!” While he was getting my information. I understand everyone is busy, but he needs to remember it’s not convenient for me to be there also. I am bringing my car to you guys because I need help with it, something I cannot do on my own. And something your company is there to do. He then preceded to tell me it didn’t make sense if my car was over heating and if I was sure it was over heating. I don’t know how else to explain to someone my dashboard lighting up saying “engine temperature hot” He was very dismissive. There was a gentleman who sat right next to Jeff that was very kind. I did not catch his name but he sit at the desk right next to Jeff and I am grateful for his kindness.When I came back to get my car, another worker helped us get our keys and pay the diagnosis bill. That person was also nice. We did ask questions about the tests they ran and he did not have answers so he did go ask the mechanics the answers to our questions. During that time, Jeff gladly hoped up and new exactly what car I was talking about, but would not even say a word to me, Jeff only whispered something to the man who was collecting our payment. Seems like your company have some normal, kind people and your company also has a Jeff. He’s a terrible representation of your organization.
