Excellent, high quality and timely service. They fixed my Tesla model Y windshield quickly and efficiently. They are connected to Allstate insurance, so setting up the appointment was easy. Thanks Safelite!

They did a fantastic job replacing the windshield on my subaru.had to reschedule the first appointment because of a mix up with drop off times, it was my choice to reschedule because I didn't want them to feel like they had to squeeze it in on a day they were short handed, but everyone I've worked with and talked to at this location has been phenomenal.

This franchisee sent a young teenager to fix my windshield and he came in his own car.He never informed me about the risks and he left the crack larger than what he started with. When I talked to the manager, he was extremely rude and told me that he would not replace my windshield for causing more damage. He told me to go ahead and write a bad review. He is still billing me for a bad job. I will be reporting him to the main corporate office. If a technician from the franchise shows up, turn them back and refuse service.

My recent encounter with Safelite's windshield replacement service, specifically involving Technician Anthony and District Manager / Media relations officer Zach, has left me utterly disappointed and disheartened. This experience shed a glaring light on the absence of professionalism and customer care, leaving me frustrated beyond measure. I vigilantly monitored the entire process through my Tesla app, and what unfolded before my eyes was nothing short of shocking. From the very beginning, it was evident that neither Technician Anthony nor District Manager Zach held the well-being of the customer or the vehicle in high regard. Despite my persistent attempts to disable my car's radio from my end, Technician Anthony unapologetically reactivated it multiple times, audaciously playing with the controls while carelessly speeding through back streets. This blatant disregard for my vehicle's safety measures was deeply unsettling. The situation took an even more distressing turn when I observed Technician Anthony and an accomplice, while driving my car, embark on an unwarranted joyride that stretched over 10 miles from the shop. Their reckless driving not only endangered my car but also posed a serious risk to public safety. The gravity of their actions was further underscored by unscheduled pit stops at drive-through restaurants and other locations. The fact that my vehicle was being used for personal errands without my consent is a complete breach of trust and professionalism.Regrettably, my ordeal did not conclude with the actions of Technician Anthony. When I attempted to express my valid concerns to District Manager Zach, the interaction left me utterly taken aback. His dismissive attitude and lack of empathy were astounding, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected. In closing, my experience with Safelite's windshield replacement, particularly the involvement of Technician Anthony and District Manager Zach, serves as a glaring example of the dire consequences that arise when a company fails to uphold even the most basic standards of service, integrity, and accountability. The flagrant disregard for customer property, safety, and concerns is deeply troubling. As I recount this harrowing experience, I strongly caution potential customers to carefully consider whether Safelite is the right choice for their vehicle needs. The absence of professionalism and the disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated by Technician Anthony and District Manager / Media Relations Officer Zach should not be overlooked, as they tarnished what should have been a straightforward and stress-free service.

This location is the worst!!! I've scheduled 2 appointments over the past month and after I drop off my car they call and tell me the dealership has sent them the wrong windshield. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Great in person service. Great service when you can speak to a human on the phone. When calling it is impossible to get to a human and when trying different ways it will just say goodbye and drop the call. So frustrating. I had to have my insurance company connect me to a live rep.

Ordered a windshield because I am going out of town in a week. They brought over the wrong windshield and can't schedule me before I leave town. Safelite needs to be able to fix problems instead of delaying them for a week.

SafeLite handles all of our windshield issues and we are often happy with the quality and repair. This last time however, we had a minor issue but SafeLite went above and beyond to make it right. Direct kudos to Joshua Woodard who always makes us feel like family.

They took off my windshield claimed there was rust damage so they couldn't put a new one in tell it was repaired. I removed window sealant my self to reveal no rust damage took them 3 days to come back and put new glass. Only for them to leave without putting wippers or trim back on

I've had a few windshields replaced by the safelite in Chandler, never an issue. I had my windshield replaced here at this one in Queen Creek about a month ago, as of writing. When I left the lot I heard a faint whistling noise but figured I'd give it a week to see if it went away, after all Safelite has a warranty. Took it in a little later after that whistle didn't go away. They had one of their "master installers" come take a look. He confirmed that there was a whistling noise and said "we can't do anything about it, it must be the Aftermarket, non-OEM glass, I'd must not have the right curve to it. Sorry." That guy had the car for a total of maybe 10 minutes.Fast forward another week or two, I've been trying different things every day. Today, I noticed the cowl at the bottom of the windshield wasn't fully seated in the middle, just barely. Snapped it in and whistle was gone.Small mistakes happen, wasn't too upset about the cowl since that was an easy fix. Not a huge fan of them giving up after trying exactly nothing to fix it. If the install has issues due to the install, they should give at least a minimum amount of effort to troubleshoot. Also if the Aftermarket glass "doesn't have the right curve" shouldn't that be grounds to replace it? That was a bit of a BS excuse, glass itself looks fine.

I just had my windshield installed at my house from Esoc and Ray. They were very courteous and professional. The only negative thing about Safelite is you have to book your appointment online and the first time they came out they didn’t have the factory glass so they had to reorder the OEM glass and come back today. Even the reordering part was a 5 star the lady that called me had my insurance approval and set up my next appointment right away. I will only be using Safelite moving forward.
