I was yelled at by the tech, even though I was correct that they didn't fill my Rx correctly, for the second time. The pharmacist was telling him to lower his voice while he yelled at me.

Do not try buying behind the counter things with Sudafed in them here, it's literally impossible to get rung up and the poor workers have to suffer as well because Safeway won't update their systems , this has gone on for about 6 months now!

Can't find any of our old Rx on new site to refill. Trying to get refill on my son's Albuterol but I don't have the old box so no longer have the Rx number.

Needed to start a couple RX's for severe bronchitis yesterday- go at 3 pm to pickup at pharmacy to be told their computer system is down & they don't have my RX. When asked how long they thought it might be- no idea - had bern down since 1:30. I left and called at 7 pm to find - still down!! No way of getting my RX and delaying my healing and worsening my condition! And this is Friday probably can't get a hold of my Dr now until Monday!!!Appalling!! I'm sure there were other RX's needed worse than mine.. I'm done with this lousy pharmacy and their rude staff!! Back to Frys'!!! I would have rated this -0 but didn't get that option!!!!!

ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. answered and put on hold, them goes to voice mail. Subsequent calls not answered,then a message saying pharmacist is unavailable for 26 minutes (10 a m ). Tolerated this during Covid but no excuse now. CVS and Costco much more responsive.

Absolutely disgusting. I hate how they treat their employees. New manager is a disgrace to the store, as well as the department manager with green hair.She was absolutely horrible to one of her employees who'd helped me.Truly disgusting. Hopefully ya'll see the real hardworkers don't use their placements in the work place as a way to be that way with their staff. She should be let go and find someone else who can treat your employees better. No wonder they're short staffed. I wouldn't want to work their either.

I live in Arizona 6 months of the year and have my prescription at Safeway in Colorado for the other 6 months. What a miserable experience I’ve had—twice—at this pharmacy and will be transferring to another pharmacy organization. Poor communication. Long wait times. And for a BOXED item that’s just sitting on a shelf. Very disappointing since I like my Safeway back home.

This is miserable pharmacy. No matter what time of day or what day you are more than likely not going to have one side open it's either the drive thru is closed or the inside is closed. I do not understand. There seems to be at least 5 or more staff inside, all looking like they could careless about the patients. If you try to say anything about the long long wait or not being open inside or not open in the drive thru they get snappy and rude. Pretty annoying.

Love having another grocery store to shop that is close to home. Husband had accident and needed some prescriptions filled so thought we would try the pharmacy. BAD decision. Nobody ever answers the phone for one. Two different pharmacists were just plain rude and unhelpful. Had a question about a new prescription and the pharmacist sighed and came from behind her computer read the dosage from the prescription bottle and slammed it back on counter & went back to computer. The older male pharmacist also extremely rude and condescending. This is some of the WORST customer service.. We will be taking our business elsewhere

In todays world of businesses be short handed and short tempered I found this not to be true here. TJ in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me, a disabled veteran get my life saving medicine at a cost I could afford. He never gave up trying to find a code here or a code there. He is truly an assets to Safeway and I will continue to do my business at this pharmacy and at the grocery store as well. Thank you TJ, I truly appreciate what you have done for me and I am sure will do for other veterans like me.

Ive been using this pharmacy for about 5 or 6 months now. I will be switching pharmacies due to the rudeness of the staff. I was trying to explain what I needed since the call was disconnected and was repeatedly cut off by a woman with an attitude that would not let me speak and treated me like I was stupid. So thanks for that.

The pharmacist Evelyn and the pharmacy tech ( very tall man that I cannot recall his name)went above and beyond.. I had just got off night shift - had to take my kiddo to the doc- she had strep. Doc said they sent script, Safeway said the didn’t have it.. I explained I needed the meds asap since I needed to sleep before my next shift.. they made it all happen in less than 10 min, thank you!

Shirley at the pharmacy is VERY unpleasant to deal with. To the point where we will be switching pharmacies and telling all of our friends and neighbors to do the same... We choose to use the drive thru because of health restrictions within the family that prevent us from going inside easily. I waited patiently while a line accrued behind me. After 15 minutes, I pushed the call button. There were no customers in line inside and all of the employees were huddled up having a chat session. They looked at me, laughed and went back to chitty chatting. Once traffic was backed up enough to become an issue, I had to call the pharmacy on the phone to get any assistance. Once I finally was acknowledged, I was told that I needed to "learn patience and friggin relax" and was belittled to the point of breaking. I hadn't said a word for 20 minutes and when the public's safety was compromised, I was forced to get assistance the only other way I knew possible via phone. When I asked for the woman's name who was so disrespectful she told me that it didn't matter because nothing would be done about my complaints and then she smiled. (Shirley was what was written on her name tag). Hopefully the proper chain of command sees this to ensure this doesn't happen to another one of your customers. I handled it with grace as I had children in the car but I can imagine this escalating with someone who doesn't have as much self control as I do.
