The clerk was friendly and efficient there. Minus one star due to the low selection of combs and brushes which, like too many other stores, too many of these products are made in China.

The CSR stylist working was very helpful! I was unsure of what I needed for a correction. She took time toprovide a couple of options with explanation of why and assisted to find the right product to use.

We purchased a pair of clippers here and as soon as we brought them home, realized the on button was completely broken off. The clippers were never used and we tried to bring them back to the store two days later. They advised all sales are final on clippers. We quoted from their website “Clippers and trimmers are all sales final. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued in-store on clippers and trimmers that are unused, in the original packaging, and with a receipt purchased within the last 60 days.” There has to be some kind of exception for UNUSED, just purchased clippers. Sally’s sold us a broken product. They advised we had to go through the manufacturer for their warranty now. We called the manufacturer, they told us to send it to them (we have to pay for shipping) and then they would “try to repair” the product and send it back within 10 weeks. This is worst policy ever. THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER USED!!

The employees there were super friendly and positive with the ideas that I wanted to do with my hair. No judgment towards anything. They encourage me and help my find all the right products for my hair(:

We went in not knowing exactly what we needed but knowing exactly what we were trying to do. I'd assumed this meant they'd be able to point us towards the things we needed. Sadly that was not the case. I will say the girl that helped us was really trying to, she was nice and professional. She just didnt really have the complete hair/product information we needed to advise properly. . There were two employees working and both were very pleasant people and continued to check in on us to see if we needed help finding anything.As for the store itself.. It is a very small location-as most of them are- and due to Covid they are attempting best they can to maintain 6 feet and only so many people inside at a time.The store was clean and well "enough" lit. And we found out at check out that when you spend $30 you get s FREE 10 PAIR BOX OF MASKS!! So if you go, don't forget to ask!

I wish to advise everyone that Sally Beauty Supply has a corporate policy that requires customer to pay a fee for a bag to place your store bought items into. I believe this corporate policy is an insult to customers. I just purchased items in the amount of $100.00 and was informed by the store employee I have to pay a fee to place my purchased items into a bag. Again this is a corporate policy I confirm mmnn ed this with their corporate office. People should notify corporate office and demand they remove this insulting policy. I do not know of any other store in the USA that has such an insulting policy. Imagine Walmart charging people for bags. Tel number for corporate 1 866 234 9442.

Navigation took me to the wrong spot on Ellsworth and I tried calling but the phone says disconnected. Finally found the store but it's locked at 9:50am when this page says hours are 9am and there is no sign woth hours on the store front.
