Blair is the only stylus I will see there My son loves her and so do I. When I had my 4-year-old beard she was the only person I would let touch it and now they charge like something insanely cheap like $8 to trim a beard I always tipped her a good 25 to 35 more because she took the time it needed. I don't know about the other stylist but I highly recommend Blair she's good she's friendly and she's down to earth

Place is a joke! Go anywhere but here. Showed up at 5:30pm, they close at 6pm. Website would not let me "make a reservation". Two stylists were there, one person getting hair cut, the other was sweeping the floor and one person waiting? I show up sat there for 10 mins then I am told because I don't have a reservation, one person was getting hair cut and there was one more a head of me, so 30 min wait, no it's 45 min wait, probably more I was told. 45 minutes to cut hair on 2 people? What happens at 6pm? They close the store and kick me out? And the stylist sweeping the floor couldn't stop and help a customer? Absolutely no customer service at all. It's very sad seeing most small businesses go out of their way to not service potential customers. I will NEVER go to this location again! It's just a matter of time before they have to close the business because of the way they treat customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth your hard earned money!

Incredible experience, Jenah really knows her craft, she spends as much time with you as you might need, and she does it with kindness and patience. She is a 5 star ⭐ stylist. She's much appreciated ?

I showed up an hour before closing and the stylist claimed she had two people scheduled before closing. No one in the waiting room. Refused service to me for one haircut. Very disappointed.No worries I'll get my haircut across the street at Great clips ?

I walked out of this salon today because of stylist Blair. I sat down to consult with her about what I wanted, which was just a trim. I have short hair and I was wearing it in the style I like. As she started to put the cape around me, I said “I’d like you to cut it dry. I know it doesn’t look like it but my hair is very curly“. She screwed up her face and said I’m probably going to need to wet it. I said why would you need to wet it? She said because of the cut you want. I said I’ve had the same haircut for 5 years and they always cut my hair dry. She started giving me excuses why it needs to be cut wet and I stood up and said i think I’ll have someone else cut my hair. I looked at the other lady working and she checked her schedule and said it would be an hour or so. I said I couldn’t wait and would go somewhere else. Blair followed me to the front and started arguing with me about me leaving. I said I wasn’t comfortable having her cut my hair when she didn’t seem to want to cut it the way I wanted. She said “that’s called a consultation. Do you know what that is?” I said I wasn’t interested in talking to her anymore. She just kept on arguing her point. I asked her name (so I make sure to never book her again) and she refused to tell me!! Finally the other girl whispered “Blair” - clearly she was uncomfortable and I felt badly for her. In the meantime Blair picked up the phone and said let’s call the owner and I’ll tell her you’re being rude. I said I don’t care enough to talk to the manager. I’m not being rude, I just don’t want you to cut my hair. I said you are being unprofessional trying to argue with me. She continued to yell and we both got kind of loud. I finally said I’m not ever coming back here and I’m not going to continue talking to you. And I left. I’ve rarely gone to this salon since Josephine left a few years ago. Today I guess I was desperate and decided to give them a try but that won’t ever happen again. I do have to compliment the other stylist. She kept her cool and maintained her professionalism.

I've had haircuts at this location several times now and have been completely satisfied!You can schedule an appointment or walk-in. The price is very reasonable and the service is great!

Was here on Feb. 28th, can't remember stylist name but she did a nice job cutting/fixing my layers. A different stylist last year also did a good job on my trim.Services: Long haircut

No one in this place wears a mask unless a customer specifically requests they do. This does nothing to control potential spread because any of the other unmasked stylists or customers may be exhaling the virus. Even though I'm vaccinated, I believe it's still too early for mass unmasking, especially in this warped state and town where lots of nut jobs are refusing to vaccinate. Supercuts should remove the statement they have in Yelp stating that they care about their customers. If they did, they'd continue masking up.

I had a awesome haircut, Saundra took her time, very professional and was able to fix the bad haircut I had at a competitor. My son also received the best haircut he has had in years. Thank you Saundra, we will be back!

Stopped by this location after being treated very rudely by the assistant manager of the QC District (Rittenhouse Rd) when I called to schedule. The ladies working tried really hard to work my husband and myself in but they were unable to; however, we had errands to run so they set us up a time to come back. We were both seen by Sandra and couldn't be happier. Instead of being treated like a bother (such as by the Rittenhouse location who didn't even want to schedule 2 cuts and snidely asked "You don't want a shampoo do you?" Great attitude for an assistant manager, guess she doesn't think they need the business.) these ladies were welcoming, made sure we were taken care of and made sure to offer additional services. They definitely know how to treat their customers and made sure we will be back.
