Stood around for 25 minutes. No one greeted me or said anything to me. 2 employees helping customers. 3 employees in the back laughing and joking. Horrendous experience and an 100% absence of service. Take your business elsewhere.

Previously went in and got my phone upgraded. The guy added a tablet to my bill that I had never received or even been told about. I noticed my bill going up and called customer service. They took the tablet off but it had its own phone number and everything.Super Sketchy

Want to give a big shout out to Halen at T Mobile at Queen Creek Creek MarketPlace, she is amazing, she is so knowledgeable, professional, fast, and so nice. Can’t say enough good things about her, and she is pretty too.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst company every. First they lied to us when we started a plan with them. We were told that we were getting a phone for free which was a complete lie. Then when we switch back to Verizon they continued charging us for a plan that was canceled. They owe us over $500. We keep getting the run around from costumer service. I'm reporting them to BBB. Oh, and in addition to their company being completely horrible their cell service sucks too.

WARNING don’t get the service if you live in Queen Creek or San Tan Valley. Their service doesn’t even work in the middle of Queen Creek we’re all the stores are located. You have to find WiFi for your phone to work. Also their customer service is horrible and you will be at the store for hours. I also caught them twice adding extra lines to my bill to over charge it.

First off don't get T-mobile if you live in Queen Creek AZ. The service does not work in the middle of town. Also they lie and have a lot of extra charges. Warning don't get their service you will regret it.

I would leave a negative star review if possible. I have been a long standing customer and because of T-Mobile's claim service they are costing me extra money every month with no resolution, empty promises, no follow up. Save money and buy unlocked phones and shop around. I will never go with a major carrier again. They are not willing to fix their own issues and we pay for their system issues not them.After 10 years dropping them like they drop calls in Queen Creek.

Halen at this location is amazing. I was in here with four children and she was patient, kind, and interacted with my toddler. She made him laugh and gave him a coloring activity while he was waiting for us to figure out some technical problems. She is a champion and I will come back here in the future. Thanks Halen!

Pretty sure they tell you cheaper phone isn't available so you get a more expensive one.
