I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Pulled in and there was only one car they were servicing before mine. I waited 40minutes for nothing! Total Waste of time!

I stopped in yesterday for an oil change. They opened at 8am and I arrived a few minutes after 8. There was one car ahead of me which they finished in about 5-10 mins. While waiting Jose came out and greeted me and explained how everything worked. When I pulled in for service they gathered mileage and the VIN and showed the options for the oil change. My truck has over 160k miles so I use synthetic oil. I asked them to check my air filter and they showed it to me and said it did not need to be changed. They applied coupons for some discounts. I can go back anytime for a top off of fluids and new wipers up to 6 months. There were only two people there working Jose and Kailee but there was only one car ahead of me and no one behind me so getting there early was the best way to go. From a value perspective I think it was a bit high but my oil was changed, tires aired up, fluids checked, air filter checked window washed, new wiper blades installed and I was out in 20 minutes for $110. Overall I would go back but make sure I have coupons.

Scam. Scam. Scam. NO VEHICLE REQUIRES SYNTHETIC oil to drive down the road. No manufacture will void a vehicles warranty because of the type of oil they used in the engine. And then as soon as you request the Economy they tell you it only covers half. It's upsell galore. 5 min oil change is not worth the games.

I Pulled up to get my truck serviced since I live right next to it. The manager did not want to service my truck from the beginning. She said they don't have the correct information to service my truck since it is newer. I asked her if she could look it up. After a minute she said she could not find anything. I found the information for the oil and filter type within a minute. She still did not want to change my oil because it was not worth the risk. She spent more time trying to figure out why not to do it instead of figuring out how to do it. I would not recommend this establishment because they are not set up to service any new trucks apparently. I'll go a couple miles down the road to a business that wants to change my oil.

An hour wait with one car ahead and one in the bay. Two people working on a weekend is rediculous! Never again. Of course they try to push filters and extra oils on top of $100 .

I just received a mailer for this place and was about to head there but so glad that I checked the reviews first. For being a new business and having such a 1.7 rating is pretty pathetic and the way they treat veterans I’ll definitely not be going here or any of my four other cars.

They have their hours posted from 9-5 on Sundays. Drive in to get my oil changed at 3pm and they are closed ?

over 2 hour wait and then my car wasn't started on in rotation. Another 20 minute wait I was told. I left. Never again and way to expensive! 86.00 with no 20.00 off coupon. Ridiculous!

Just wanted to know how much prices were and was told they wont know until i pulled up and have then check. So i pulled around to the bay and had to wait for quite a bit because god knows why it took all four workers there to notice me when i literally told them im going to pull around and enter. When they finally noticed me, was told to pull in and then they guy helping me hears “lets finish this one first” so they leave me and went to the other car that was there before me. Also forgot to mention that there was four people working on a truck….. never in my life have i seen it take four people to change the oil and filter of a vehicle in my life. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If i could give zero stars i would. In dact i would give negative stars if i could.

Should’ve checked the reviews before going to my oil change at the new Take5 on Riggs & Ellsworth. I was initially excited to have a quick oil change place on a corner that I pass by regularly. I took my F-150 to get the oil change done at noon today. When I arrived there was one bay open, one car being serviced and one other car waiting in front of me. A guy brought me a bottled water, which I appreciated, but the wait was over 20 min sitting at an idle waiting. They eventually opened a second bay. I was able to pull in for service almost 25 min after arriving. After telling one of the employees that all I wanted was an oil change, he proceeded to ask me about wiper blades, air filter (both of which were fine). It took 2-3 guys about 20 min to change the oil. I didn’t check on the pricing prior to arrival, but was a bit shocked that a synthetic oil change was $102. I know everything is more expensive these days, but $102 for ONLY an oil change is ridiculous. Also considering it’s far from a 5 min oil change (about 45 min total) with only two other cars there besides me, I won’t be returning anytime soon and neither will the three other cars in my family.

Worst experience at a service business ever. I sat way too long and never would have imagined multiple people working on a single car at a time. When talking with the worker when I first arrived I said “so it will be about 25 min?” He stated “ yeah we have these cars in the bay and the next set.” Instead of letting me know the amount of time that I would actually be sitting there he was more ambiguous. Then I noticed way too far into the process that the three gentlemen were working car by car. 2 hrs later I regret that I visited this place. Wish I would never have given them a single red cent. Terrible communication with customers and terrible way to run a business. I would not want any of my family, friends, or anyone really to give them business.Service: Oil change

Sat in line for 40 minutes. Got out and asked if the five workers were going to be working on each car all together and they told me yes. Still had 4 cars to be serviced in front of me. Terribly ran for whom ever is in charge.

I went to this location twice on 7/27/23. First time at 8AM when they supposedly open. Not a soul in sight. The second time later in the day and was told they did not have my oil filter in stock. You’d think it wouldn’t be difficult to stock an oil filter for a Ford truck. Unimpressed!

I took my vehicle to Take 5 #722 in Queen Creek Arizona. Lukas and Cameron worked on my vehicle. When I pulled up I believe that I was greeted by Lukas. I informed him right away that I was a veteran and asked if I was eligible for the 25% discount to which he replied, of course. I went ahead and proceeded with my service and Lukas showed me the engine air filter and recommended that I get it replaced originally told him no, but after thought, I said to him, "Since I am getting the 25% discount, go ahead." He replaced the filter and they went on to do the oil / filter change. Now here goes the issue - when Cameron settled the bill he told me that they would NOT honor the veterans discount since I didn't have my DD214 or a veterans ID. I explained that Lukas said I was all good and that I would have never asked for the air filter to be replaced. He told me No ID, NO Discount. I tried showing him my USMA, West Point Class Ring that is engraved with my name, to which he said I may have stole it, or have been given that by my grandfather - Mind you, I am almost 50 years old and my ring clearly says 1996. I asked him to put back in my air filter since the only reason I was having the store do it was due to the discount to which he kindly refused saying - "You already agreed to the service." I offered to have my wife come down with my DD214 and he responded "It's too late, I already rang you up and I can't give you the discount."At this point I am disappointed beyond belief.... Had I originally been told I needed my DD214 or some ID up front, I would have come home and retrieved it. I will not be visiting Take 5 ever again, and if for some reason someone asks me for a recommendation, I will be sure to tell them where NOT to go.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
