Very nice people that work there that will help you with whatever you need, there's been a few times where i got (or was given) but they said to come back and trade it in with the the correct one with no problemalso they have a points system where you gain points after each purchase that can be used later to knock a few bucks off your order which is something I don't see very much with other smoke shops

Sold out of date product only to find no shops in the area have replacement pods, scummy business tactics. Do no shop here they might be cheap but is for a reason at least other shops are more educated and know what the are talking about.

Best vape shop in the valley. Period. Every time we go in there, the guys behind the counter are cheerful and friendly. Today one went out of his way to open the door all the way across the store for a patron with a broken leg. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house vape juice is the best I've found around here too, so if anything visit them for that. You'll be hooked for life. We make a weekly trip 40 miles to see them. Love these guys.

In town for work, and my Elf was running low. Amazing selection, excellent prices, and they will take back vapes that don't work with your receipt. So glad to have found this place, my coworkers and I are fully stocked up again.!

This has been my favorite smoke shop for atleast a year now. I have to say I'm super disappointed with the costumer service as of late. It was the best vape shop once Oasis closed, I always got the best service and all my questions answered, now I'm locked out at 7:59, my flavors are out of stock, no one wants to answer my questions, it's just not what it was a year ago.

THE BEST VAPE SHOP EVER!!They ALWAYS have the best price for juices (the juice we get is $15.99 here and EVERYWHERE else is at least $23 or more!!) They even started ordering extra of the juice we always get so they have plenty in stock for us every time we go! (We never have to worry about running out or not being able to find it! They always order extra just for us ?) And all the staff know the different kinds of mods very well so they give great recommendations (I absolutely love my new geek vape mod with the Zeus tank ?)Their rewards program is amazing too, every other time I go I'm able to use my points for additional discounts (like 30% or $10 off) on the already best priced juices ?And the best part is they stand by their products, if you unhappy with the mod you got or get a bad atomizer in a pack you can take it back in and they will work with you to replace the items, so you never have to worry about your purchases here!My hubby and I ONLY go here and will continue to go here forever! (We have been going to this place since we moved to the Queen Creek area about 6 months ago.)Highly recommend!!Would give a million stars if I could ?

Awesome group of guys I dealt with where very patient with helping me find the perfect vape mod. (DRAG X PLUS) AWESOME device.***UPDATE*** They have actually gotten better I didn't think it was possible since I felt they already nailed the whole customer service thing. Very knowledgeable staff if they don't know something they won't lie just to get you to buy something, they take their time and do research before speaking on a product they have never seen.
