“I’m so happy I found this place! Josh was amazing from the moment he answered the phone. He had amazing energy and he was very patient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. All of his staff was friendly as well. I was quoted $200 by Christian brothers and Josh was able to do it for $99. That was the price Josh quoted me before he even knew anything about all the other places that I’ve visited and called. I knew in my heart that the $200 quote was inflated so, I left and called around. I’ve been a customer at Christian brothers for years and let’s just say that I will not be returning there. “Edit 10/30: Lindsey has completely rectified the situation which is a huge relief. All of the times I've gone to Ooroo have honestly been great, I was just disappointed with our last interaction at the shop. The customer service I received is greatly appreciated.Ooroo has been really disappointing. I miss Stamps. I'm a member of their subscription, it includes a discount on all purchases as well as several perks like free oil changes (not free because I pay for it...). Not only have they "forgotten" I'm paying for the membership, they overcharge for things like installing a new battery.”

She then gave me some advice about the repairs and a detailed printout of each recommended repair. She also applied a coupon to my oil change. I didn't feel pressured, sold, or pushed in any way.
