Dan was very transparent in his explanations of how they operate, what matters to them and keeping the customer as happy as can be. Took my 2022 Chevy Colorado in for a weird noise in the engine bay. They found the source and fixed it at a reasonable cost and advised me on some other things that could use attention. After getting the total cost, I agreed to some of the work. 2 days later Dan reminded me that he was waiting on the extended warranty information (I had completely forgotten about it). They wanted to make sure everything would be covered. Come to find out, the warranty did NOT cover much of anything. Dan worked with me to make sure things would be done right. I don't need a quick fix shop. I needed a shop that wanted return business. TKS Auto is that.”

While coming down the mountain in Crown King, AZ, our Jeep lost a bolt from the track bar, leaving us in a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. We weren’t sure how we were going to safely make it off the mountain. Then two Jeeps traveling together pulled over to check on us. “In August of 2023, I purchased a custom grooming trailer built from the ground up by Keep You Moving and Grooming. I have just recently passed the 3 year mark of owning and operating the trailer and I have never been more pleased with a grooming trailer that I have worked in. I have had zero issues. The trailer is solid, spacious, stays cool, and is intelligently set up to make a groomer's day as enjoyable as possible. It is very well insulated, and they know the correct cooling capacity required so that it can continue to operate comfortably even in extreme heat. The entire floor is also water proofed in a way so that any water that happens to get outside of the tub, will not be leaking into the floor and base of the trailer causing damage over time. I always look forward to working in my trailer knowing its not going to fall apart or let me down. Chris and Kay have many years of experience with owning and operating their own grooming trailers. When they build these trailers from scratch, they use that knowledge to ensure they are built to endure all the challenges of mobile pet grooming here in Arizona. This helps you avoid any unpleasant surprises and keeps you moving through your work day worry free. The electrical system for example, is set up so that high power drawing equipment [such as the A/C or grooming dryer] is each on its own circuit, avoiding any kind of overload or damage over time to your generator while allowing the A/C and dryer to be used in tandem with no issues. My clients always compliment how cool it stays in my trailer as well as the high quality of the build. Chris and Kay are some of the nicest, most honest people I've known, and they always go out of their way to make anything right. I highly recommend them.”
