“As much as I want to gate keep, it’s only right for me to share this information. If you’re taking your vehicle in for service or repair, ask for Cameron as your service advisor. Trust me. He is a top notch service advisor and an all around great guy who really cares about his customers. All of our vehicles have been serviced and repaired here; in and out of warranty. As much as dealerships can be intimidating cost wise, these guys do quality work and are not that much more expensive than other certified shops. They don’t rush on vehicles, they will go above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and the vehicle is safe for the owner.

“I had been looking for a shop that did quality work with the customers best interest in mind. I found it. Dan was very transparent in his explanations of how they operate, what matters to them and keeping the customer as happy as can be. Took my 2022 Chevy Colorado in for a weird noise in the engine bay. They found the source and fixed it at a reasonable cost and advised me on some other things that could use attention. After getting the total cost, I agreed to some of the work. 2 days later Dan reminded me that he was waiting on the extended warranty information (I had completely forgotten about it). They wanted to make sure everything would be covered. Come to find out, the warranty did NOT cover much of anything. Dan worked with me to make sure things would be done right. I don't need a quick fix shop. I needed a shop that wanted return business. TKS Auto is that.”

“First time ever using this shop and glad I did almost everything worked out and was quoted the best price out of other shops I called, and they installed all my supplied parts except for some lower bearings that were left in my trunk that I was not told about.I would have given them higher rating but lack of communication would have been nice to get a call letting me know that this other part they can't figure out where it goes.it is a Mercedes and we could do some trouble shooting I have a youtube video on where the part goes. Well, they couldn't figure it out and just left the part in trunk and didnt tell after i paid thinking everything was installed, and I wanted to get them replaced as peace of mind. Also seems like cash is king here i was charged extra 20 for using their processing machine using a card.”

“These people are amazing humans!!! What started as a beautiful day in Crown King could have ended very differently if it hadn’t been for the incredible kindness of Bill Fay and his family from Billy’s Auto Garage in Queen Creek.
While coming down the mountain in Crown King, AZ, our Jeep lost a bolt from the track bar, leaving us in a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. We weren’t sure how we were going to safely make it off the mountain.
Then two Jeeps traveling together pulled over to check on us. One was Bill Fay, owner of Bill’s Auto Garage, traveling with his son and wife. Without a moment’s hesitation, they offered to help. Bill and his son worked together to get the track bar secured, while his wife was so kind and reassuring throughout the entire experience. Thanks to their knowledge, generosity, and willingness to help complete strangers, we were able to safely make it down the mountain and all the way home.
Before they left, Bill handed us his business card and told us to call if we had any more trouble. That simple act of kindness spoke volumes about the kind of people they are. It wasn’t about gaining a customer—it was about making sure another family got home safely.
As it turns out, Bill’s Auto Garage is right in our community, and we couldn’t be happier to have found them this way. After experiencing their kindness, integrity, and the expertise of a certified master technician firsthand, they’ve absolutely earned our future business.
