They claim to allow 24 hrs access when renting a unit but that's not 100% true. They don't tell you that to get 24 hrs access you have to pay extra, so they only allow you to access your unit during business hrs.

Best U-Haul experience! Not only is the facility amazing, clean and well kept. The General Manager is great at his job. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care. I'm glad I have my things stored at this location!

I needed some last minute moving supplies and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I bought some stretch wrap I didn't end up using and I was able to return it. They were friendly and helpful on that visit too!

Tyler and Kevin have always been extremely helpful, fast, and efficient at what they do. They make sure you’re set up for success before your move, and they truly want you to get the lower price possible. For storage, the units are fantastic. Very tall and spacious (you can fit way more in it than you think!). If you’re looking for a neighborhood storage place / uhaul rental, look no further!

This is my second time using this pickup site. It's nice, it does the job. I typically rent their van and it's great. Unfortunately the office and parking facilities are small. If you plan to leave your car behind take note the have four parking spots. One is a handicap spot. You might have to get creative to find someplace to park.

This is the worst uhaul location ever! If you're unfortunate enough to have no choices but this location, avoid Alisha at all costs. That bitter hag will purposely make your day harder to feel better about herself. Negative stars would be more appropriate for this location.

I would give zero stars if I could. We made a reservation, but the person who booked it put HER name instead of ours. We went to pick up our truck and the (rude and unhelpful) woman couldn’t find it using our name. We tried several times to give our reservation number and she refused to take it. She argued that they don’t do that there. Whaaaat? I subsequently called 2 other U-Hauls who took the number. I had to book a truck in TEMPE.

Very, very poor customer service ??! Went in to reserve a truck the day before, and went to pick up truck up the next day. The women there refused, REFUSED, to help me at all!!?? The women even Refused look up my order # and reservations on their computer and wanted to sent me up in a truck I don't want at a ridiculous price! So, my wife and I sent the rest of the late afternoon stressfully, frantically looking for a truck that was available. Finally found one at a Tempe location on McClintock. ? This place dose not deserve any stars from!

Place is apparently run by the 3 stooges.I put my camper in a spot. They call me and say it's in the wrong spot. I go all the way down there to move it. As I'm pulling out of the spot, another guy comes in with a boat and says, "No that's my spot" so I put my camper back where it was. They say, "You're still in the wrong spot and it has to be moved." They said they don't have the spot numbers on the actual spots and that's why the screwed up. I said why not PUT the numbers there? "Oh we can't, corporate wont' let us and we've been trying to get it done for over a year". So they can't f-ing get a can of spray paint and put on the number so they don't screw up? Apparently they can't count how my lots from the first one to determine the correct lot.Now because of they have all the campers crammed in there, I can't get my camper out. I've been trying for days to get them to move the other campers so I can get out but no luck. They don't have equipment to move it and can't get a hold of the other residents. I've been trying to all them all morning but they have the phone on auto forward to the national customer service which ALSO can't get a hold of them. They can't get a hold of their OWN store!! Even the district manager said the same, I have to drive another half hour down there just to get some customer service.So now my camper is held hostage there with no recourse. If I try to move it and damage the facility, I'm sure they will come after me with a team of lawyers. If I damage my camper, I'm screwed as well. I've spent about 10 hours total trying to fix THEIR screw up.Then I try to put a review on their website, have to lookup my account by reservation #, etc., says it can't find it. Customer service says 'Oh yeah that happens sometimes". So I'm prevented from leaving a bad review, the district manager shrugs his shoulders, the location wont' answer the phone nor return my emails or phone messages.
