I swear, Ulta employees use to tell you that you had REWARDS available to use but they don’t ever bring it up anymore. I had about almost $60 in my account but I had no idea cause the cashiers NEVER bring it up to you anymore. I’ve gone to other Ulta’s and they tell me so it’s clearly this horrid location. A lot of their employees look so unhappy too and they tend to take it out on the customers. Can’t wait for the new location further into San Tan Valley.

Staff are always so great and helpful; shoutout especially to Audrey, who was so lovely and dedicated during the whole mini quest we went on today to find a lipstick in a specific color I wanted.

I have very bad acne & I went into Ulta to get some new products to see if they would help. This guy who works there offered to help me and he recommended me the “Murad” brand for my acne. I was so happy & excited to try it out. I told I had sensitive skin & he told me that it was made for sensitive skin so I should be fine. I bought it, went home that night to try it out & now I have chemical burns all over my face & it made my acne worse. I went to go return the products & the girl at the counter asked me if anything was wrong w it, I let her know & she proceeds to tell me that this product was very very strong & that he should not have recommended it to me. So he lied to me? Nothing can express the regret I am feeling. My face looks and feels 10x worse than when I first went in there. None of the workers seemed to care.

I came in for a gloss and a blowout with Angelica and she brought me back to life! I absolutely loved the way she took care of me and her work exceeded my standards. I have course hair and the blowout she gave me was silky and smooth, the best blowout I have had. I left feeling so confident in my look! THANK YOU Angelica! <3

I recently had a bad hair service at another salon and was looking for a fix for the issue created by the bad service. I stopped into the salon to ask some questions about hair color. I spoke with Kelby about my experience, my concerns and what I was looking for. He took lots of time to listen to me, understand what I needed and to let me know what Ulta Salon could do to help me. He recommended several stylist he thought would be a good match for what I needed. I booked with Angelica. I couldn't have been happier. She also took time to listen to my needs and pick the color that worked best to fix the issue I had. I could not have been happier with the service and results.

I made a hair appointment at this location, about a week before the date. I received texts reminding me of my appointment. So I show up for my appointment and Ulta was closed, obviously I was confused as I made my appointment for 10:30 and now this locations says it's not open until 11:00?! So I checked my phone and saw that they sent me a message at 9:40 canceling my appointment. They cancelled my appointment 50 minutes before the scheduled time! I hadn't seen it. Horrible experience, after waiting about week to come in and I wanted done for that weekend, they pulled this crap on me. I do not recommend this location.

Last pla e i had to shop for last minute shopping. Prices were outrageous, now I'm in debt with the Lil kits I bought there. Supplies for men needs improvement. Over priced on everything.

BUYER BE AWARE: I opened an Ulta Credit account to get discount. I paid it immediately. Now I’m receiving threatening mail of overdue bill. I sent certified copies of cancelled check showing it was paid immediately. I was told Comenity Bank does not have a phone number to call for disputes only correspondence is via mail. So not able to talk to them. Only Customer Service who know nothing and refer you back to Comenity Bank who doesn’t have a phone number. They told me to pay again so I stop getting letters. Now why would I send them more money when I don’t owe them anything!! DO NOT OPEN CREDIT CARD! Now I’m forced to get an Attorney!
