US Bank is horrible!!!! They have no customer service whatsoever and have no compassion towards people. They charge overdraft fees and such even with it being their fault! Holding a check for seven days and no notice at all!!! Then no way even trying to help remedy it, just send you in circles!!! Will be closing my account!!

This branch has terrible customer service. I waited by the counter and at first the two girls working ignored me. Then one says, "can I help you with something?" She sounded annoyed that I was seeking help and that she couldn't finish her conversation. I asked a question in regards to the hours of operation for the underwriting team and the teller whispered to her supervisor and then said reapply for the credit card. This contradicts several us bank employees who work by phone. I told her that and that reapply affects my credit. I've banked with them for 12 years and never encountered such rude tellers. I will drive out of my way to avoid this branch.

Complicated. Great phone service with associates. But, got off on a S L O W bad foot with account being set up and payments being credited. Partly due to confusion by my RV loan company. Changing stars to 4 from 2 as account may be ok now-I have trepidation.

Do not do any business with this branch or any other US Bank branch. Home loan department are snakes and they will pressure you into signing even though it's not what's best for you. No escrow account setup even when it was specifically requested prior to signing. Now they want 1400k and increase my payment by 300 a month. Thanks for nothing US Bank

I wanted to sign up for their promotional checking account. Went to a stand alone bank and they told me it was only valid at the banks in the safe ways. (???). So I drive to the nearest one. They have 3 employees. Only 1 can sign me up but she is with another customer...... waiting 25 minutes now. Kinda second thinking wanting tro put money in this bank

The young lady who assisted me was prompt, friendly and efficient. I was pleased, especially considering it was a Saturday in a busy grocery store. Great service all the way around!

There must be a new manager at this bank and she has no customer service skills. I use to love coming to this branch all the tellers are so nice. This manager is horrible and rude she talks to fast I can never get her name, Maribel?? Stay clear!!!
