The United States Postal Service location at 22424 S Ellsworth Loop Rd is a very busy office due to a huge population boom, which often results in a ridiculous and huge line. The parking lot is always a mess, with parking described as hot garbage. However, the line moves very quickly and people are moved through efficiently. The staff receives high praise for providing absolutely the best customer service. Employees are described as nice, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful, even when super busy and working for several hours. They are willing to take time to assist with issues like mail forwarding and delivery problems, providing great assistance both in person and over the phone to resolve hurdles quickly. The office sells holiday stamps, including Christmas stamps, with a nice clear display. Interactions are noted as a pleasant exchange. While some people are frustrated with the lot or the wait, the staff's excellent service is the reason for high ratings.
Terrible and always getting worst! But I have to say the employees have great customer service.

Long lines, understaffed, most employees there are absolutely miserable (Destiny was the only professional representative there). This place can use a bit of an overhaul.
