Absolutely the BEST customer service at any post office I've ever gone to. Now, they are super busy, so, expect a wait. But, they move people through efficiently.

Certified mail is never delivered. They don't knock, they just put a note on your door (already filled out) that no one was home. I have seen them do this on several occasions from the living room window. When I opened the door he was already running back to his vehicle and leaving.

Alright, buckle up for the wild ride I had at this place – two visits, both solid contenders for a "How Not to Run a Facility" award. It's like they were trying to set a record for the most frustrating experiences packed into one week.First off, the parking situation deserves its own Netflix special. I'm circling the lot like I'm in a never-ending game of Mario Kart. Where's my banana peel when I need it for some parking lot chaos? Then, the grand finale – a 30-minute expedition trying to find my package. It was like a treasure hunt, only less fun because the treasure was my own stuff, and it turned out to be hiding in plain sight. Rookie move, package.Let's talk about the staff – the real stars of this tragicomedy. Rude, condescending, slow as molasses, and about as effective as a screen door on a submarine. I half-expected them to break into a rendition of "Oops, I Did It Again" as they fumbled through the chaos. If I didn't know better, I'd think I stumbled into a sitcom pilot. I spent a good chunk of my life waiting in line – two and a half hours over two days, to be precise. Move over, SNL – there's a new sketch comedy sensation, and it's playing out in the parking lot and package purgatory near you.If they had a "less than one star" rating, I'd be tempted to write my review in Morse code – because words fail to capture the level of absurdity. This place redefines the bottom of the barrel; we're talking basement-level service with a side of comedic chaos. So, here's my grand finale – a cosmic eye-roll and a recommendation for them to start offering complimentary therapy sessions with every visit.

So sick of mail getting lost and/or mis-delivered! They lost my rent check TWICE and mis-delivered a large check that I desperately needed, there's no telling what else has went missing!

Ignorance runs rampant in government organizations. Ignorace of what customer service is and ignorance of the fact that they have chosen a career as a public servant and what that means.I am away from home for extended lengths of time and am unable to pick-up my mail from the community pedestal mai box until I return. In my past community the mailman would simply seal my mail in a large envelope and place it in the large keyed box in the pedestal and put the key in my box. This cleared my box for my mail until I arrived home again. It worked perfectly! Very smart Post Master and very smart mailman! They thought things through with good customer service as thier guide!Apparently the Post Master in Queen Creek and the mailman for my community are not on that level nor do they care. They have not been given a directive by me to remove mail from my mail box or hold mail sent to me or return mail sent to me! They have, unfortunately been doing all three without authorization by me. What they have been doing though, is continually putting mail in my box that is not addressed to me! So, it is safe to assume, after considering the above stated prior actions in addition to the latter actions, that they are not concerned with providing quality cutomer service. It would appear they are attempting to bully the cutomer! It would appear that the Post Master and mailman in Queen Creek just make thier own rules to fit thier mood at the time. They seem to believe as public servants they can do as they please with customers private property!Apparently, per the notice in my empty mail box, the Queen Creek Post Master and mailman have taken it upon themselves, without any directive from, to return to sender all of my mail, causing grest hardship! This would include of course bills, Christmas cards, checks for service provided, and the usual junk mail.Such incompetence, abuse of power and lack of customer service should be dealt with quickly and decisively! What should be done with these two public servants? I believe if we followed thier very own narrative or mo, if you will, they should just be fired! That's what they would require if it were you or me doing the bullying. The Post Office hours of operation are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, so, not assessable to most working people.

USPS sells Christmas ? stamps. Really lovely stamps this year. I bought 2 sets of the current Christmas stamps today. The postal employee was quite pleasant, considering she had been working for several hours already.I said I wanted Christmas stamps, and she pulled out a pictorial board showing all the current holiday [all religions] stamps in color. It was a nice clear display.I pointed at the stamps I wanted and the postal employee got them out.I paid for them, she wished me a Happy Thanksgiving, I wished her the same.A pleasant exchange of goods/$ and wishes for both involved.

It's been one month since we put in for mail delivery to the front door for my ailing mother. We gave this post office all the required paperwork, including a doctor's note, to make this happen. Not a word back, not even to let us know one way or another. This is really important to us and it seems that this post office has just blown us off, what a joke.

The black woman working the counter at noon today is a racist. I'm not going to file any official complaints or call my congressman or anything like that, she knows who she is and what she does. That's enough. I can't imagine going through life with that much hate in your heart. I hope she finds what she's looking for.And what secrets are going on here? The parking lot was 100% full but there were only two people in line?! I'm glad I don't live out here anymore. So glad. They used to fold magazines and wreck all my mail. The worst USPS I've ever been serviced by in my life.

Returned mail to PO without leaving note or message that this was done. Called PO to find out we’re package was. They had no plan to contact me and expect me to make a 14 mile round trip to pick up something the could have left on my porch after walking 20 ‘. (The locker needs repair which is why they did not leave in the box….I get that but bring it to the door or at least leave a note stating what was done with it…don’t mark it as delivered and leave me to investigate)

This post office is absolutely one of the worst. Post office didn’t even bother delivering mail today, after having been off Monday for Indigenous People/Columbus Day.People expect mail, get notifications of mail out for delivery, expecting packages yet no one bothers to deliver. We often see that Post Office fails to complete their route and then waits to deliver the following day.Seriously, do your damn jobs. Tax payers are constantly having to pay taxes to support things and never get anything of value for a single government agency.I’ve about had it and am going to reach out to Congress regarding what is being done to ensure the USPS either improves the quality or just get shut down and the money is invested into an option that will actually put some sort of effort.Hope others do the same so that actual change begins to happen.

They don't answer the phone, the online form errors out when submitted, and their "live chat" says no representatives available and ends the chat. I keep getting keys to empty parcel lockers left in my mailbox. I just want to know where my packages are!

I did received the package but I had to go to the post office to pick it up today. If you're able to ship your products a different way it would be great or have no signature required if you're using USPS (the workers are lazy).. Had a horrible experience with my post office.I had a note on Monday the 25th saying they tried to deliver but nobody was home, a complete lie because the note was left on my mailbox and not at my door. I live in a community and our mail is delivered in mailboxes about a block away from my house. I checked my doorbell and driveway cameras and the mailwoman never showed up.On the 25th I called the 800# to the USPS to request a redelivery for the 26th and I received the confirmation email that they would. We had someone wait for the mail because a signature was required. But the mailwoman never showed up.I went today to the post office to see if it was there and it was. So they never had intentions in redelivering the item. If I hadn't gone there today it would've been sent back to the vendor.I mentioned to the clerk in a nice manner about what was going on and she ignored me completely on what I was telling her. She was saying sign here and is your address correct. Bad experience.I just wanted to let you know my experience in case other people have dealt with the same situation.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! Manager Micheal Day in my opinion needs customer 101!!!. Please don't bother to contact the consumer service complaint dept as they will do nothing but waste your time...End result No RESLOVE.The management is soooo freaking smart Ha,! Micheal Day thought he was hurting me by sending the item back undeliverable!!!..It cost the post office more to return the item!!! Why would I pay for shipping, when shipping was paid via Amazon? Consumer affairs Christian or Christine and Micheal Day great customer service you both deserve the donkey of the day
[email protected] job smh.
