Unbelievable they are closed temporarily ! 2 days ive been calling regarding prescription and 2 days phone lines are down. Least they could have done is notify the doctors office they are closed so i can get another pharmacy to pick up my husband’s insulin! Now doctor office is closed on the weekend. Never liked Walgreens to begin with, lousy service and even employee dislike working there, very unorganized were her words!

Dr. Lavino Taylor and staff were absolutely amazing. Sit back and watch them work for 5 minutes. Too often, we are quick to criticize. These ladies did an exceptional job and crushed it.

My wife has seizures, she can only take one brand of medication for it, generic doesn't have the correct dosage. Every month she has to argue with the pharmacy to get it right, she ends up going days without her seizure medication. Twice in less than a week they got her medication wrong. She ended up having a massive seizure, falling down and hitting her head so bad she ended up in the hospital, now her concussion is so bad she can't go to work or drive for a week. Today when we went to the pharmacy they told her it was basically her fault for not calling it in each time. There is a note in her file that clearly stated she cannot take the generic because it doesn't work. They were very clear that it was her fault. Disgusting, just disgusting. Walgreens as a whole is a mess.

This pharmacy and their techs are rude. I got an email for a prescription refill that I never put in for and the lady I spoke to when I was trying to get to the bottom of it was rude, when I asked for her name she hung up on me. This particular Walgreens has gone down hill the last few years.
I called back and spoke to the manager and the manager was able to tell me exactly what happened and why and also told me it was Kat that was so rude. Walgreens probably should have their pharmacy techs go through etiquette training when dealing with public.

The Manager Rose has been an absolute rockstar I can honestly say that I’ve never had such good customer service. She treated me like family. My medicine was on back order for over a month and she kept trying for me daily and she took time out of her day to call me with updates. The staff here was also super helpful especially at the pharmacy. They work so hard they are so busy please be patient with them they are good people!

Pharmacy is awful first and last time I have my Rx filled here. Nobody ever answers the phone. People are rude. They did not fill my Rx correctly so I have to return. I rather pay more than deal with rude people. Will not be returning.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!!
Hold time are awful for one.
Was told medicine was ready and got a text back and then told after just getting out of surgery my pain medicine will not be ready for two days which is unacceptable. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. Never ever coming back to this pharmacy and will spread the word of how awful your service is.

Need prescriptions filled? Go to literally any other pharmacy. Had used this location for years and it has absolutely gone downhill in the past couple of years. It’s impossible to get a prescription filled in a timely manner and don’t bother trying to call to speak to someone. No one ever answers the phone! They will send messages to refill your prescription but then when you do it’s always out of stock and delayed. Already transferred most prescriptions to Fry’s and ended up just getting a new prescription from my son’s doctor for the last one because again, no one will answer the phone even for another pharmacist! Absolute worst pharmacy!

Walgreens may be cheaper than alternative pharmacy’s but it comes at its own price. Constantly having issues getting necessary medications filled even after calling days in advanced and them assuring me they are in stock or have been ordered. If they happen to not be in stock and have to order them, they won’t call you and let you know when they are in even though they always say tomorrow. Then if they don’t process your RX when the order comes in there is the possibility give them to another patient instead of the medication they ordered for you being held for YOU. Basically you have to call and sit on hold for 15-30 mins each time, several times a day to get anything sorted/figured out. Every single month I need a refill I have to go through this. Every month I have to wait several days after I’ve run out of medication to finally get them which is beyond unacceptable. I will say Ethan and Kat working there are always polite or helpful on the phone , idk what it is , I just think their operating systems sucks or there’s some lack of communication or caring. Never ever had these issues with Safeway or fry’s. Only switched for cost reasons but getting medications filled at Walgreens is the most stressful thing I have to deal with every month.

this pharmacy is the worst pharmacy have ever had to deal with. They don't fully fill prescription don't let anybody know they are out of stock which means they're not checking inventory to make sure they're not out. People need certain medications they have to take every day LIKE INSULIN yet they're out and aren't getting it in for 5 days it's unbelievable. They sent a txt message saying it was really and you pick it up and 3 month supply turns into 1pen which doesn't last 5 days and if they would have filled the full prescription the first time it wouldn't be an issue. No respect for customers rude and impolite.

Will be having any and all prescriptions moved from this place . Incompetent and to busy standing around talking instead of doing anything. This doesn’t apply to all but most. Dr called prescription in which I was unaware over a month ago and was never called or contacted by this pharmacy. So they put it back, then when I found out about it they kept saying they didn’t have it many times same thing over and over. Then they didn’t check to see if they had it somewhere else they said you can call. That’s your job jackass. Found at another pharmacy not Walgreens within 15 minutes. They take no accountability or pride in their job. DONT USE THIS PLACE

Very fast photo service, and very personable inside the store. I had not been to the store in over a year and walked in and felt very comfortable.

The pharmacy drive thru is constantly closed. When you're sick, it's not convenient having to come inside.
