I don't exactly enjoy banking with Wells Fargo. I've had a few very inconvenient mishaps over the years, as well as a savings account opened in my name (different branch, different state) that I didn't authorize in 2016. But this branch has always been super friendly and helpful. I'd imagine being a bank teller is not easy from a customer service perspective, and I know San Tan is a tough crowd. I applaud you, Hunt Hwy Wells Fargo.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer since I have been 16 years old, I am now 25 and can say I have never been so disrespected and disappointed at a location I am considering not using them as my bankers anymore. I went into this location to pull out money from the ATM in the store. As I was trying to remove my money, $80 was jammed in the machine. I let a banker know about the problem, then was yelled at by an older woman with red curly hair to get out of line and call the number on my card and leave without my $80 that was still stuck, through the glass door mind you, with a line of other customers behind me. I never felt so embarrassed and upset at a place I've been banking with for years.

Worse branch ever. They find every excuse to not help their customers. Might as well close it down and just have the atm in Walmart. On my way to chase :)

Don’t ask me why they have such a low rating every time I have been in whether they were crowded or not the service has been perfect they were accurate courteous and professional if you are looking to have a problem with someone I’m sure you will find it but all I have ever found at this branch was hard working employees with good customer service skills great job everyone

I want to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received while attempting to set up a trust account. To put it plainly, this has been the worst customer experience I have ever encountered.Over the course of two phone calls and three office visits, I have encountered various issues, and I must admit that I am deeply frustrated with the lack of help and support provided. Each visit has resulted in total dissatisfaction, and I feel like my concerns have been dismissed without any resolution.During my attempts to set up the trust account, I have encountered the following problems:Lack of Knowledgeable Assistance: On all one occasion, the representatives I spoke with seemed uninformed about trust accounts and unable to provide me with the guidance I needed. This left me feeling lost and unsure of the process.Inefficiency: The time I spent at your Hunt Hwy office in San Tan Valley seemed to be in vain, as no progress was made toward setting up the trust account. This inefficiency has caused undue stress and inconvenience.Communication Breakdown: I have had to experience a severe lack of communication between the different representatives I've interacted with. It's disheartening to have to repeat my concerns each time I visit your office.As a hopeful customer, I expected a much higher level of service from Wells Fargo. Setting up a trust account is a critical financial matter, and I anticipated receiving adequate support throughout the process. Regrettably, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Don’t waste your time and go to the branch on Power road. This branch won’t take your deposit if you have over 25 checks even though I thought this was a bank and it was their job..? They require a scan later, however I’ve had a bad experience with this at the San Tan Valley location. They had messed up an amount on a check and it was a mess to get it figured out, so I prefer to have all my checks scanned while I’m there.I’ve been a loyal business customer for years and this ‘policy’ just came out of nowhere. Very dissatisfied.

I’m extremely disappointed that this location is closing the drive up teller. I was told it’s because they don’t have enough demand for drive up services, but I often see people waiting in one or both of the two lanes. The closure of drive up services makes it so much more difficult for anyone running errands with kids or elderly in the car. Especially with the heat of the summer approaching, this closure makes no sense. Maybe they will realize when the indoor lines are longer than people are willing to wait, and they lose customers.

In the branch right now and they are incredibly incompetent. We have POA for my mother-in-law. Need to be added to her account in order to have the payments to the long-term care facility automatically withdrawn. Been sitting here for approximately 90 minutes. They are so focused on appointments they are not able to service walkins in between or commiunicate with customers??? This is ridiculous and we will be closing the account and transferring to a different bank that is more accommodating. I wonder how these places can operate with suchpoor service to their customers, once this nightmare is over.

Can in to closed accounts and it took over 1 hour and 45 minutes to get seen!! Unbelievable!!!!!! As we were waiting 2 other people that was there before us walked out, What happened to the Good Old days when they actually cared about SERVICE

Glad I'm not a customer, I've been standing in the same spot for 25 minutes. 3 customers walked out during the wait. Not a hello upon entry, no sorry we will be right with you, no nothing. Sad

If I could give a 0 rating at the moment, I would. Wells Fargo locked us out of our account. We can NOT access our funds at all. When we call online banking, they tell us to bring in a photo ID to a banker. The banking hours are limited, however, my husband went during the small time frame that he could.This branch told us that the banker is out sick AND is booked out until after Thanksgiving. They are pretty much telling us that we have no access to our money until after Thanksgiving!!! When we called Wells Fargo Banking Online back, to tell them asking for help, they hung up on us. We run a small business. My business can't be put on hold until after Thanksgiving. I am not impressed with the customer service that they provide. We want our money, so we can find a new bank to work with.I go to USAA for my personal banking. Unfortunately, they don't handle small business. However, I think Wells Fagro should go learn customer service from USAA. I have never experienced anything like this before.
