Jean took care of our two pups while we were out of town. I worry a lot about my dogs and Jean made our trip worry free. She went above and beyond. Sent us many pictures every visit and took care of the dogs as if they were her own. She was very detailed each visit as to how the dogs were doing and how the visit went. I would highly recommend, especially for any pet owner that worries a little extra about their pets while they are away

Jean took great care of our 6 kits and pup. We had not been away from them since we bottle fed them. Jean sent daily pics and we could tell our furbabies like her and and we are very grateful to Jean. We highly recommend her . Thanks again Jean.

Jean is WONDERFUL! We feel so relieved and blessed to have her watching over our kitties whenever we're out of town. She genuinely cares about them and it shows. Her daily reports and photos really help ease our minds whenever we're away.

We have used Woof and Whiskers several times and Jean is wonderful. We received daily updates with pictures and our pets were well taken care of while we were away. I would highly recommend this service!

Jean is a wonderful, dependable and knowledgeable pet sitter. My dogs and fish, were very happy and well cared for on our week long vacation. We loved the multiple daily pictures during her visit. Our dogs were played with and given lots of love and attention!! We were able to be at ease on our vacation, knowing our pups were being cared for in our home.

They took great care of my dog Winnie while I was out of town. They came at the same time everyday and fed her and gave her her medicine. They then spent some time with Winnie outside and played with her. They also sent pictures twice a day to show me that she was doing well. Winnie seem to truly enjoy having them come and I felt secure knowing she was well taken care of. Will definitely recommend and use this in-home pet sitting business again!!

First off, I very rarely write reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. I have never used a pet boarding/pet sitting service before. We have 2 very special rescue dogs that need a little extra love and patience. When we were planning our trip for our bachelorette/bachelor party out of the state I looking up pet boarding services, this was one of the companies that popped up, I called and left a voicemail and she got back to me withing 10mins or so. We talked about what we might need and set a date to meet up. And from that point on I felt so confident in Jean and her ablities to take care of our fur babies. One of my dogs is a barker to new people and he fell in to a puddle of mush around her immediately. She sent a flood of pictures every visit and a detailed update of the time she spent with our animals. I highly recommend this business to anyone, very reasonable rates and a sweet, professional owner of the company

Jean of W&W is absolutely top notch the best! We have used W&W for a few years now, and she is just phenominal. Anytime Jean is taking care of our babies, I literally have no stress- it makes going out of town easy! She communicates very well, several times a day, is very professional, reliable & all my babies love her- animals KNOW a persons heart. We have a small ranch & variety of domestic and farm animals and Jean does a wonderful job with them all.

We were looking for a last minute sitter and found a few but settled with Jean. She came and met with the dogs before we had to go away. We left her with specific verbal AND written instructions of their diet as well as how to enter and exit our home for security purposes. From her daily updates and photos, it was very clear that she was overfeeding the dogs. We told her 2 cups daily and she was giving more than the 2 cups max that was vet recommended for them because they were constantly defecating and peeing in their crates, which they do not do. We have water dispensers mounted to their crates to keep the dogs clean. She would give them water in a bowl outside in the dirt and they were absolutely filthy in the 4 days we were gone. We disabled our garage door because we had valuables stored there and instructed her to use the front door only. We came back to find that the door had been opened and was not secured back as we'd left it. It was just a hassle working with this woman and her constant complaints because she didn't know how to properly open the door. She was kind enough to work with us last minute and she always showed up on time, gave updates and photos from every visit, and those are the only good things I have to say about the service.

Jean was amazing! She was very thorough, attentive and we could see how much of an animal lover she is from our meet and greet to the pictures she supplied daily while we were away.Do not hesitate to reach out to her for the best care of your furry family member!

DON'T USE; Threatened to let our pets starve!
We went to Europe, we made it clear we would not have communication via text or calls. I got an email saying everything was going well about 5 days into her caring for our pets. Then within 2 days she sends and email saying she didn't think we would pay because she hadn't heard from us and she was going to stop coming and caring for our pets. WE WERE OUT OF THE COUNTRY; SHE WAS INFORMED HOW TO CONTACT; WHO ABANDONS PETS!!

We have four dogs and one of them is not too friendly to strangers...within 5 minutes at the meet and greet (who does that?..soo awesome!) grumpy Walter was putty in her hands! So over the top service with daily pics and updates relieved us knowing our babies were in such good hands! Definitely a lifetime customer!
