I went there on March, for a scheduled appointment for my son’s passport, the gentleman working there at that time was very rude (gave me a racist vibe) did not explain anything, was rushing us the whole time.

Walking into this post office was like stepping back in time. An ode to Rillito history on the wall, service member photos and there's even real antique wood everywhere, even the PO Boxes. The young person (younger than me that's for sure!!) was so nice and helpful, she made my day!

I’m going to be reaching out to a hire up due to the fact that the hours of operations are listed when you call and online however when I called and even listen to two hours of operation, they are closed. My wife made a passport application appointment and the staff member could not find it, then proceeded to tell us and my 2 kids she didn't have time to do the applications until the afternoon. FAIL.

Scheduled an appt at this location because there was nothing else available near me ( I live in Queen Creek, Az). I believe the young lady that assisted me was Atiana and she was wonderful! So professional and answered any and all questions that I had. She was so quick but it helped that I had all documents ready and completed. The turnaround time was quick, I scheduled my appointment for 4/24/2024 and received our passports on 5/4/2024. 5 stars for this location and for Atiana, she is a great example of outstanding customer service!! Thank you!

Had a great experience with the gentleman that did my passport application. My appointment time was 9am, I was out by 9:10. Even though I got there right at open he was very nice and efficient. Highly recommend their services.

They lost my son’s passport when we submitted the passport for renewal. Now I have an international travel in less than 6 weeks , scrambling to get a passport lost application in and submit for expedited processing. How did they send the application, but lost the passport ? I am furious! Lazy and totally irresponsible staff (actually it was a lady)

This tiny Post Office is awesome. The young lady that run this place by herself is extremely nice and helpful. Submitting passport application here was easy and quick. Make sure you have an appointment (by appointment only as of 5/4/21) and all your documents ready.

We have been there three times to get our passports, we have waited in line and asked people in there if they were getting their passports they said yes. I said ok did you make an appointment. They said NO. well we got all our paperwork and the man behind the counter said just bring them back will get you all set up. So we went back it the rude lady said are you waiting for your passports and we said ya we have them all filled out and ready. She was very rude and said you have to make an appointment. We said ok how do we do that? You need to go online we said ok...Then as we walked out we had two groups of people say did not make an appointment and this was on Tues the 20th of April. and they got there's done right there. It is not the appointment part but she was very RUDE to us. If you hate your job then go find a new one.

We absolutely love this tiny post office and it's awesome Postmistress!!! This is a one woman show and she handles everything very well. She is always helpful, pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. Covid protocols in place. Easy in, but extra caution urged when leaving due to high number of very big trucks up and down that little service road. The new lawn service business down the way a bit to the east of USPS has pick up trucks with trailers that race through as they're coming around the curve from the west.

A little hidden gem in the city of Marana runs parallel next to the 10FWY. No lines and the clerk is super friendly and very talkative and made you feel like you're no bother what so ever. I will definitely continue to mail all my packages at this post office.
