Joe the pharmacist/owner is amazing! Can't say enough good things about him. He always takes the extra step to help his customers. When my husband was being released from the hospital on a Saturday, we'll after closing time. He delivered the medication to our home!! Don't know if any other business that would do this. He truly cares for his customers and I'm thankful he owns our local pharmacy.

Pharmacist Joe, is amazing! My husband was released from hospital on Saturday after hours for the pharmacy. It was the Labor Day weekend, so the store would be closed Sunday & the following Monday. The medication was vital after my husband’s surgery. Joe filled the prescriptions & delivered to my house! He is a caring and amazing individual!!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Don’t recommend.They open whenever they want and the ladies are rude, not friendly and very unprofessional with their hours waited for an hour for them to open at 10 and they still didn’t open.

I will ALWAYS be a faithful RRRX client! I don't mind the extra waiting times experienced here and then. The generosity and compassion the staff shows towards our elderly community is really remarkable. I have personally witnessed Joe explain the same things over and over again to a PT whom appeared to be hard of hearing, he never loses his patience and that to me is priceless. At times you will wait, big deal. Just take a seat and enjoy the example Joe and his staff set in "how to provide excellent customer service". God bless y'all!

I had a great experience getting my covid vaccine here on 3/13/21. Theresa and the young woman giving me my injection were warm, reassuring and welcoming! I'm a retired nurse-midwife and am happy to know we have such a nice, privately-owned pharmacy close to home! Please help support this local business.

I'm sorry Joe is great but other staff very disrespectful and for some reason never receive doctor prescription one time they looked couldn't find it and I told doctor and all along they had it in a message.

Joe is legitimately one of the nicest persons on the planet. His employees are awesome too. I had to go to him after my meds ran out but I couldn't get an appointment with a new provider for more than a week out. He gave me a supply to last until then, no problem. I had been struggling to find resources as I was trying to find a new provider but no one had any time slots until a few weeks out. I had just lost my employer insurance and only recently was on AHCCCS. Joe has my business as long as I'm in Southern Arizona.

Overcharged me by double, takes over 30 minutes to get prescription that was sent over 7 days in advance. Place looks super outdated now. Only the owner does things quick and accurately.
