if they closed the office for every rude or condescending remark made by the clerk, we'd get no mail. she clearly doesn't like her job or any of the residents here - make a complaint and it just gets added to the pile.

This lady needs to be fired! How many complaints does the post master need to get! She is absolutely the rudest most unprofessional postal employee I've ever dealt with in my 68 years! Will drive to globe for now on to complete my postal needs. Just to not have to deal with this lady!
