Had a 2:00 appt. for a handicap person. Had to leave at 3:00 because we had not been seen. We were told that what we needed to do could be done by phone and it was not true. Given misinformation. Poor customer service.

There was a time when I felt like this was a great place to bank. Those days are completely gone. The current local management is an absolute joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has another option. Unfortunately we do not have a lot of options in Safford, so we are stuck with it. I actually did my last Auto loan online just to avoid having to deal with the Safford Branch. Unfortunately I seemed to have just as much bad luck using the online option, and dealing with a whole different set of problems. Maybe it is a systemic problem with One Az, although I did actually have a great experience with a Virtual Team Lead named Isaac, however he was not at this branch. Overall the last two loan experiences at the Safford Branch have been less than ok.

I love my credit union. Everyone is always so friendly and gives the best customer service. It has been such a pleasure having Darienne assist me, always so happy to assist. Such a friendly and knowledgeable teller

My husband had a 13 year old account that had been closed by his ex wife. They opened a vehicle loan, line credit, two new checking accounts, then we went to open our daughter a checking account and they demanded I pay that bill or they were going to close all our accounts in 30 days. Kind of messed up never knew about it. Have never gotten a notice about it, and the bill was $200 but they charged us $411???? Where'd the other $200 come from?
