“We are full-time RVers and our 2011 F250 with 6.7 PowerStroke broke down (original intercooler tube decided to blow apart while going up a hill!) east of Peridot, Arizona. Our tow provider highly recommended Eric at Gila Repair. We got our truck towed to his shop late on a Saturday afternoon. Eric very promptly replied to our text about it being dropped off. He was able to confirm the issue and he found the part in town that night. The part is aftermarket but honestly is better than the OEM part. We were able to pick it up the next day. We appreciate that Eric kept us appraised of the status (a lot of shops don't do that well), was quick to repair it (even though we were fine with and expected to waitng a few or more days), and his online system where customers get a link with all the work done, estimate, etc.”
“These guys are absolutely awesome. I was passing through in my semi and blew a coolant line just outside of town. Gave them a call and within a half hour they came out to see what they could do. They fixed me up alongside the road. Their rates for doing the work were very reasonable. The owner was very friendly as were his guys. If ever in this area, I highly recommend them if in need.”

“My vehicle unexpectedly had a repair that could not be fixed across the street.- ( whole other review) While we were waiting for the repair we walked over here to see what Chevy had for 2020. We were cordially greeted by a salesman (Dan) who was very relaxed, not pushy - just genuinely concerned about our vehicle next door and very helpful. I ended up buying a vehicle from Dan the next day because he was able to help me get my vehicle with a check engine light traded in and I did not end up upside down in the deal. ALSO because my vehicle couldn't be repaired! HOWEVER**** I am so grateful that an awful experience across the street turned out to be a blessing here. I highly recommend Kempton as everyone here was very kind and made this whole process easy. Did I mention that he came in on his day off to sell me the vehicle as he was out and about helping his wife put up signs for her campaign for Graham County Clerk of the Superior Court - go Marianne Clonts!!”

“I always get a warm welcome at Big O. Recently I needed air in my tires before going out of town. They were the only ones open on a Saturday. As it turned out I needed a tire repair. They did the job but unfortunately my key fob is missing. It’s not in my car or purse as they insist. Hopefully it will turn up as I really love a keyless car.”
“Unfortunately we had a flat tire right outside of town and we were in a desperate situation. The people at Austin's were incredibly accommodating. They ordered us a new tire.They drove us to our hotel and they even picked us up the next morning and brought us back to their shop when our car was finished. This place truly goes above and beyond.”
