About Budget INN
Budget INN has very friendly people, including a really nice owner and a maid noted as one of the friendliest in town. However, the rooms are a little dirty, with nasty floors and showers. The location offers good walkability with a mixture of restaurants in walking distance, including a great and affordable restaurant down the street, along with McDonald's and Pizza Hut. There is a 24hr gas station next door, a park down the street, a dispensary, and other things in this good part of town. While the price charged was higher than advertised, it was still cheaper than a much higher over priced hotel, making it worth it in the end for a good experience.
Really nice owner, seen advertised for $34 and was charged $60 but still cheaper than a much higher over priced hotel. I'm happy it was a good experience.Walkability: Mixture of Restaurants are in walking distance, 24hr gas station next door.

Needs maintenance, but it is clean, has working tv. Ref. With freezer. Nice and quite there.

Room was clean, nice and cozy for a cheap price. Owner is really friendly!
