Great equipment for anything you want to do, and it's so nice that it's women only, it makes it very non-intimidating to get a great workout and try equipment you're not used too. I came in for a day pass, I really wish there was a gym like this where I live, I would be in way better shape!”

“I have attended a few different yoga sessions with some of the instructors at Creative Flow Studios. I was very new to yoga when I started out and nervous to try it, but I have really enjoyed it and have discovered it's something that I need in my life! The simple act of breathing and becoming more aware of my body has really helped me with handling stress and clearing my head. I love how the studio uses punch cards for those that want to attend a yoga session, it's nice that I don't have to actually sign up for a weekly class or a membership!
