They were supposed to pick up a package from my mother's house the end of last week. My mother was even told they would be here between certain hours (was a 4-5 hour window).My mother sat on the couch by the front door (so she wouldn't miss them. She's hard of hearing.) for the whole day.They never came. They came 2 days later & she didn't hear them. She got no prior phone call or notification saying theyd be there. All they did was left a note.Never even got an apology for not being there on the scheduled date/time.My mother will be 80 years old this year..Unacceptable customer service ?(UPS....please don't reply with the same reply sent to everyone that gives a bad review. All that means is our reviews aren't actually read by a person. It's a computer generated reply.)

UPS was good for the 4.5 years they served us.... they've changed drivers recently & tonight they tried to deliver our Amazon order to a house 4 acres away; thing is, we have an order of protection against the people they delivered our order to that stipulates "no contact" so we cannot retrieve packages delivered incorrectly from these people. My son had to flag the UPS driver down to tell them about their screw up & wait for our package. If the new UPS drivers would slow down & pay attention, I wouldn't have write such a bad review!!!

I was not home on Wednesday your delivery person left a tag saying they would be back next day ..never showed so I filled out the tag saying leave package and I have yet to see it yet. And it's Saturday..

Our UPS driver was switched now UPS drove over a baby tree won't drive up to our house. I never get my return labels and they leave our packages 40 acres away. I'm so sick of UPS at this point.

To much to type here let's just say they need to take lessons or something had 50 dollars worth of packages returned to Amazon cuz the driver couldn't find my place ,but years now they have always been able too .very disappointed

4 times this year so far my ice pack medication has not showed up or showed up days later and had to return it or throw it out and get a replacement

The last 3 of 4 packages we that was shipped to me was not delivered to the right trailer. The first was giving to use by a good neighbor. The last two days we were to have packages and they are missing. We were home and saw the truck but it never stop. I think they have a new driver. My neighbor has had packages delivered wrong too. Up until a few weeks ago we have never had a problem. Our trailer has our address on.
