Walgreens is the best pharmacy I have ever been too. They are so nice and helpful. I went in my prescription was not to be filled for a couple of days. They went ahead and got it filled for me anyway while I shopped. I got a phone call telling me it was ready. Let me tell you no other pharmacy in town will do that for you. I have been to them all. I will never go anywhere else to get my prescription filled. There customer service is excellent.

Just to began the conversation I didnt care how much anything was I just noticed a little deal and I didn't care if I got it or not. So I went into Walgreens to buy some diapers on top of some other stuff and I bought a box of 66 count of size 4 and I noticed they had it for $28.99 on sale and I went to purchase but they charged me $33.99. So I realized they overcharged me and I said hey I think this is wrong and they asked me if I clipped it on the app and I did but I didn't have time to fool around over 5$ so I ended up having to leave so I recommend to everyone else reading this if you aren't good with using the Walgreens app to go somewhere else to shop because that didn't make any sense to me, if a price says something you need to honor it. That will be the last time I ever buy stuff at Walgreens.

It sucks trying to get your prescription at this store. They never answer the phone, and it is only open mon thru Friday 8 to 5. What if you work late? This location has lost most of my business, I'm working on transferring back to Walmart.

Apparently they are unable to keep pharmacist at this location, on several occasions I have visited to pick up meds and no pharmacist on duty sign was out, now closed on weekend?

Unfortunately this location doesn’t honor Walgreens Express (despite it being offered on their app and online). Typical wait time is 30+ minutes. I’m not sure if the issue lies with lack of staffing or what but I recommend you utilize a different pharmacy in Graham county.

Placing customer's lives at risk! For the past 2 months Walgreen's pharmacy has been more than negligent in handling their customer prescription request. I had ordered my blood pressure meds, paid for it and requested delivery. It was never delivered! I had to get someone to drive me to pick it up (I am homebound) a week later. I called each day and was told it would be delivered that day. This is only 1 of many problems I've faced with Walgreen's. Things such as not filling prescriptions at all and not being able to reach them by phone. If you use Walgreen's pharmacy, I suggest moving your pharmacy to one of the other pharmacies available in the area before you become a victim of Walgreen's apathy!

change your recording on the phone so people don't stay on hold forever when you close early. This was a great pharmacy, but it is horrible now. they close and don't even mention that it is closed , just keep repeating hold on, so at 8:30 I drive down to pick up a prescription that the app said would be ready at 4:30, just to find the pharmacy is closed. Horrible customer service! I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

I walked in around 10:30am 10-19-2020. No one as at the register. I got the crisco oil on sale for $3.99. Kayla came to the register no greeting. She was going to charge me $4.50. I said that's the sale price? She nodded. I said $1.50 for tax? She changed the price to the correct price, and didn't apologize. She should not be working with the public. She's mean.
