Lived here 14 yrs. Safford Walmart 's often has empty shelves My situation is consistent. I purchase Pet food cat dog birdseed, (Name brands ). I purchase Sheba trout cat food, sometimes have it or not having that band. My cat pretty much only eats trout cat food. I can't change that. Tuesday 03/17/24, that day most of shelves were empty hardly a few cases, a lot of product on the top shelf, backside facing can't see what it. I go get help and cosmetic lady in main aisle, I ask for help me , say was not her area. I walked looking down the other aisle for someone. I wait there and seen a ladder back of aisle wall. I picked up the ladder, Solid ladder 4 foot ladder, I could turn the product at top shelf around and see the front of the product on the top shelf. The lady comes around (this is much minutes later. Said "you cannot get up there OK " my respond was I asked you to help me and you would not.. While waiting for a lady for the stock in back. The issue can't get to it to stock, or no products. Guessing my time standing there was 30 minutes. While I was waiting I was able to get on Amazon, find the product and ordered it and save myself $.10 individually to buy a case, like I normally do. Also, it's delivered two days.

Hate this store I try everything to just drive 2 hours to a better walmart. This walmart is always out of what you need and a lot of the staff are rude. They make it so you have to check yourself out and then chase you out the door to accuse you of stealing. And then get in your face and yell at you that they aren't yelling at you. When in fact they did yell at you and chase you out the door all while you were on an important phone call while trying to run errands and when your trying to find your recipt and can't find which bag you put it in they say sorry I'm just trying to do my job and watch the door all in which if that was the case they would have been there be start with and wouldn't have let me get out of the doors.

It’s a Walmart. Nothing much to say, it does get busy however. Keep in mind it’s the only major super store for many small towns in the area. So if you’re visiting don’t mind the large masses at times.

No custom service! Dont dare ask an employee for anything, they act like its a burden. Thought you were being paid to be here? 1 register open? Ridiculous! Self checkout, if I wanted to run a register I would work there. Then you want to check my receipt on the way out. I feel for the people that cant afford to shop anywhere else. They are paying hard earned money to get treated like garbage!!!

The Walmart #1149 Safford Store leaves a lot to be desired. Usually only 1-3 Registers open, stood in line 40 Minutes just to check out. it's sad when you shop for 20 minutes and it takes 40 minutes to check out. Secondly while your trying to shop the amount of Walmart employees who do the shopping for others, are rude and constantly in your way blocking the entire Aisle. I will never shop at this place again. They have gotten so big, they don't care about the Customer any more. I only gave it one star because there was no options for Zero Stars.

Ridiculous, customer service non existent. Desperately need an oil change and I'm told I need an appointment as I watch these employees move at a snails pace. They do not give a rats as about their customers. You could that about the entire empire know as Walmart. I say boycott!

They don't care about their employees or their customers they just hand out in clusters and avoid helping. I have been on hold for 5 minutes trying to get hold of a manager. My brother that works for Wal-Mart is in ICU and can not report he can't come to work and you are correct they don't care and he is most loyal to the company but because he is elderly and and Apache Indian they treat him like trash! Still no response from a manager.

The Tire Center needs more employees! I came to this WalMart for a tire repair (nail in the rear passenger tire) and the technicians were swamped with cars - the young man was very polite and I appreciate his honesty; he told me that it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours wait because they had to many ahead of me and there wasn't enough service employees working...

They almost always have fresh produce, which is great! They don't keep very well stocked though. Half the time, they are out of what I need. But I love that they are getting more vegan/healthy options.

Absolutely terrible! Worst experience ever. I went in at 3pm to have my hair dyed and cut. I had shown her a picture of what I was looking for and she said it wouldnt be problem. My hair at this time surpassed the middle of my back in length and was already a dirty blonde. The whole time the stylist was doing my hair.. not one word directly to me just constant complaining to her co-worker about how her feet hurt and all she wanted to do was sit and bickering about some girl who is in charge who is always on them for not getting cuts done in the appropriate amount of time. The other girl that was in there was doing a friend of hers hair. Not only were her friends kids running around but so were the stylist kids. They were jumping around in the chairs, leaving food all over the place, and had her screaming baby in a carrier in a shopping cart. This went on for about 3 hours of my 5 1/2 hr experience. Their talking about going out and partying that night wasn't any better. I figured my stylist knew what she was doing but apparently I was wrong. A little over 4 hours later she had about 3/4 of my hair done. She went and sat down for about 20 mins or so and then came back and finished the last section. Which she only left on for about a half hour. She then washes the bleach out. Yes bleach out of my hair. She had it in my hair for almost 5 freaking hours! After washing it out she discovers that its completely orange. She says shes going to put a toner in, and does. 25 mins of it being on my hair... still orange after she washes it out. She then tells me to achieve the color of blonde I adked for which was light blonde. That it would be a work in progress and would need to be done in stages. Um are you kidding me? My hair was already a blonde and if you werent confident in doing it why would you not say so?! She then has me go pay so they could close their books. By this time the store had already closed about 15 mins prior. I then said ok so now the cut. She says omg. Im so sorry I forgot but were closed already so why dont you just come back tomorrow. She didnt even blow dry it! I was already confused on why she would dye all my hair when I had informed her I wanted about 3 1/2 inches cut off but then to leave with out a cut in general! I didnt even get to see my hair because I thought we were just paying and going back to finish up. Well $221 had already been paid. She was no help and anxious to get out so I left. After leaving and getting a good look at my hair I about had a heart attack. It was stripped, spotten and completely orange!! I went back the next morning right at the time they were to open. Still closed. The girl who was also the girl who talked about partying the day before shows up more than 15 mins late and completely hung over. I show her my hair.. she blamed it all on my hair and said she would have to charge me again to redo it. I then lost it and left. I then went and had it done elsewhere. The stylist had no clue how I even still had hair and suggested that We just do another toner rinse and cut it. I had to cut off more than 9 inches of hair to rid the dead that was healthy prior to SmartStyles touching it. Ive tried reaching Smart Styles corp office 11 times. I told them the last few times I would be stopping payment if I didnt hear back. Never once did I get a call back until my last attempt where customer service reached out to me and told me the DM made a final decision and were sending me a gift card for $16.75. I paid $221!!. By this time I had already disputed the charge. The same day I get the call from Smart Styles I get a letter is the mail from my bank saying they are reversing the credit in Smart Styles favor because I signed the receipt. I only signed because I was under the impression we werent done and she said they needed to close the books for the night. They are terrible at what they do and dont take responsibilty for their mess ups! Completely disatisfied and do not recommend!!
