The loud obnoxious lady there likes to argue when she doesn't know what she's talking about, propylene glycol is a pet safer antifreeze and it does exist. The other worker likes to make stuff up, like.ethaline glycol is pet safe..., good luck. I refused to buy my parts here going to a different franchise. Nothing bothers me more then when people pretend to expert's, you sell parts, I'm a mechanic. Wonder who's right

Ordered shocks paid for express service so I could pick them up by Friday at 1 o’clock four days later they still weren’t in and the staff was dismissive and didn’t care when they came in seven days later I picked them up and asked for my express shipping money back because it didn’t come in When it was supposed to, and I wanted that money back and they refused and didn’t care order on Amazon people or go to O’Reillys

Order the part online said the part was in paid for it went in to pick it up and they told me it was out of stock they already knew about it and ordered another one but could not call me and then the guy acted like it was my fault says this happens all the time that was no big deal and you wonder why people are ordering online and waiting for it because you still have to wait at a brick and mortar store

I would like to thank Jeanna from the Green Valley/Sahuarita Store. She helped me navigate a warranty issue for a car battery even though I no longer live in the Green Valley area. There was a mix up on the store's computer of how the battery was covered, which looked like I was not going to be able to get warranty coverage. However, thanks to her diligence, and, I think, with some help from the store manager, I was able to get a new battery today. Thanks Jeanna.

While I found one clerk that was very helpful, she installed the car battery I purchased there. The other clerks avoided eye contact and hid as best they could while keeping a phone to their ear. So, 5 stars for the girl that helped me, and everyone else that I saw come in, and zero stars for the other "workers" averages out to 3 stars.They do have a self check-out at the first register if you are using a debit/credit card. Just pick up the scanner at the first register and use it. It doesn't feel right at first, but hey, the clerks weren't using it.
