Always courteous and fast service. I had a fraudulent access on my account and the bank took care of it and the associated issues quickly and without any problems.

This bank has the friendliest and helpful staff I have ever met at a bank. I had some hard times at one point and they really helped me out and saved me so much money. Because of my excellent experiences I have had my kids and their spouses all have accounts with this branch.

A big thank you to Chase Bank and Mr. Pierre for having the Medallion signature stamp that was required on paper work I needed to submit on behalf of my deceased son's estate. I am finding that this stamp is required on documents more often than not. Even though I have an account with Chase elsewhere, Chase Bank in Green Valley was unable to accommodate my request.Grateful

Understaffed and poorly managed. There is never a notary available and bank clients are referred to outside sources for assistance. This is dismal customer service.

Left work early to make it to the branch in Sahuarita, AZ by 5:00 p.m. I arrived and the doors to the lobby were closed at it was only 4:50. Ended up going thru the drive thru but am confused since the sign on their door states 9:00-5:00.

Banks are banks & this Chase branch is o.k. However, they seemed to be understaffed most of the time & standing in line can be tedious. Pierre, the current manager is both polite & helpful as are most of the other employees.

This branch has the worse customer service representatives EVER! They don't have any time to spend with any customers, even when an appointment has been made. They also are rude when working with the customers. When I tried to explain to hispanic man at the counter that the person we were dealing with was being rude and disrespectful, the person started yelling at me telling me that I was being rude. My husband unfortunately had left his wallet at home and I decided to run home to get his wallet, which was 5 minutes away, as I literally ran out of the bank I yelled "No, no, I will be right back please just wait". The man that I was complaining to stated that I was rude and being mean. During this time of COVID and how no one can ever can just come into the bank anymore, the rudeness we received during our appointment was extremely unacceptable and just awful. If you have any banking options, DO NOT go to this branch or I highly recommend not using CHASE either. I will NEVER use Chase for any of my banking needs in the future.

Bank manager, Mr. Pierre, at 2pm and no other customers in the lobby decided that he could not take 20 minutes out of his day to add my wife to my account after asking us to wait in the lobby. I cannot believe that customers come second to employee training. Mr. Pierre said he had to train some employees and that we would need to come back to the bank at a later time. I guess customers come second at this Chase location. I have never had an issue with this location until today. Bad customer service from the "Bank manager". I believe customers come first, but he would rather deny service and go about with his day.

We went in a couple of days ago to open a checking account. It was about 5:10pm. We were greeted by the only banker they have. She sits to your left as you walk in. I told her we need to open an account. She goes on to say that it takes about an hour to open the account and we would need to come back another day. Oh and set up an appt and she would help us then. My mom needs a wheel chair to get around. I thought she would make an exception due to my mothers condition but no. I could not believe how fast she turned us away. I mentioned they should have a sign to alert customers not to go in after 5pm to open an account and it was misleading that hours of operations said 6pm. I dont understand why anyone would turn away new business. Im sure the corporate office will not agree with the way this branch is being managed. I will be getting in contact with them. It's unfortunate to have to go else where because of their poor customer service.

Someone needs to teach this branch about customer service, or at least Vanessa. Her job is to provide customer service not to try to get out of work. Vanessa is the one located immediately to the left when you walk in, avoid her like the plague... she is that bad.

Wow....so where do I begin? So, I walk in to cash a check and to close an account. So, I get to deposit my check and they tell me that I could go ahead and take a seat to be helped for my account so, I do. As I am waiting, this rude a$$ lady walks up to me and asked me if I needed help with anything, so I tell her the reason as to why I am waiting, and she sincerely tells me to piss off because they have appointments and they would not be able to help me out until 3:30 in the afternoon?! Lol, I walked in and signed in with the time stamp of 1:38 p.m. So, she simply tells me that it is not convenient to help me right now due to her appointments. Is she going to pitch in for the gas for me to come back? Yeah, I didn't think so. I came to my closest chase with my tank on empty, but I needed to get my errands done for today. So, I'm at the Esperanza location hoping it won't be the same story with this customer service. I would recommend only using the ATM and avoiding their customer service at all times. They are a good for nothing team, might as well be closed for the day. Very disappointed and I wish I could leave zero stars.
